Mizuno Women's 9 Spike ADV Finch Elite 2 Fast Pitch Molded Softball Cleat

These are not the shoes you want if you're an avid softball player. They're hot to wear, not natural material uppers. But my daughter bought these for her first ever middle school softball season (so only 8 games). She wasn't sure she'd want to keep playing, so I wanted a decent shoe at a cheap price in case she only played this one season. These were exactly that: not great, but did the job well enough and didn't cost a bunch of money.

One reviews of this cleat stated that the player was a pitcher and she wore a hole in the side (there was a picture posted also). I didn't pay much attention to the review because the hole was on the side of the foot and with a proper drag only the inside toe should be worn out (I know this because my daughter drags her whole foot). I wish I had paid more attention to that review because after three games there is a hole in the side of the cleat. I expected that would happen eventually, but never thought it would be after three games!! Her last pair of cleats were Under Armour Clean Up cleats, but now they only make them in gray and pink and not every girl likes pink! We loved those cleats and even with the improper drag they lasted almost two seasons without getting a hole in the side. Even if there was a proper drag the toe is not reinforced any more than the side. If you are looking for cleats that last for a player done growing these are not the ones.

I bought these cleats for a couple recreational softball leagues and just broke them in the other night. I was very hesitant to buy these, as I hadn't tried the brand on and I didn't know my size. I normally wear 9.5-10 womens and went with 10s to be safe; I actually have a little bit of breathing room in these! I wore them for three hours and had no issues.LOVE the color scheme and even had some compliments on them. Would happily buy another pair if/when I wear these down.

I bought a pair last season for one daughter - she loves them. When I had to get a new pair for my other daughter, she requested the same pair and she loves them too. I wouldn't consider them high tops, but they do come up around the ankle a bit higher than the average cleat, which is nice.The tongue is also sewn in on one side so it doesn't bunch up after prolonged use.

Love the cleats. My daughter usually has heel pain, and she has not complained at all so far wearing these cleats. Use for league and Travel and are holding up nicely. I feel like the tread will last until she grows out of them too. They do run SMALL. We had to reorder a size and a half up from her normal shoe size.

I do not like the cross over tongue which is an extension of the inside wall of the shoe. Caused blisters on the inside ankle bone the first 3 times wearing them. Other than that, they fit well and now are very comfortable.

My daughter loves these cleats. The first pair was a bit small. Sent back with a quick exchange. Perfect. They do run small. She wears a 6.5 in most shoes but for these she got a 7.5.

These are by far and away the most comfortable softball cleats I've ever worn!! I have wide feet and a bunion on my pinkie toe, so it's hard to find shoes that fit me, period. Cleats are a whole other issue. They are so beautifully cushioned around the tongue and heel! Comfy cleats seems like an oxy-moron, but these are just that!
