Excellent stretchy band for seniors and all
Love this band and all the options for exercise with gentle resistente it provides. The numbered system and slots are a great method that allows for assistance and/or challenge. Well made and the videos that come with he purchase are a BIG bonus!

perfect addition to exercise routine
I purchased this as an addition to my newly started exercise regime, due to stability issues from a fall. It works wonderfully and can be used in a variety of ways for resistance. Recommend. 'More Life Health' with Mike Kutcher has a wonderful Youtube set of videos for anyone starting out and for any age group even though it says seniors.

Soft and Comfortable To Work With
I follow Mike on YouTube and so bought this band. It was for Intermediate level, and not quite as long as I’d hoped but it works great anyway. No tugging on skin, has hand and foot loops and is well constructed. If you like band workouts, I recommend it.

Band is too stiff for me
I think the quality of the product is good but I'm a bit surprised that this band is marketed for seniors. I find it too stiff and am not able to do much with it unfortunately.
