How does Intake help reduce snoring?

Intake can help to reduce snoring by widening the nasal passages and improving airflow. We've found that most users experience immediate results, while others may need up to 15 days to adapt to nose breathing exclusively.

Do the Intake Nose Strips (Tabs) have magnets in them and are they reusable?

No, the Tabs do not have magnets in them. The Reusable Intake Bands have strong magnets built into them, and they attach to the steel in the disposable tabs. To ensure long wear-time and good hygiene, we recommend a single use per pair of tabs.

I have tried all 4 sizes included with the Starter Kit and I think I need the size down/up. What should I do?

To ensure a comfortable fit, our store offers Extra Intake Bands in sizes Small (S1,S2), Medium (M1,M2), & Large (L1,L2). We also offer free resizing with proof of purchase directly here or on our website.

I'm having trouble with the Tabs sticking! What do I do?

The best way to ensure that any protective or treatment products stand between your skin and the tabs is by removing that protective layer and then cleansing the skin with an alcohol wipe to remove any excess oils left in the pores.

How Long Does It Take To Work?

It takes time for your body to adjust to a new breathing method. We’ve found that 3 to 4 full workouts or several nights of sleep with Intake seems to be the magic number for the body to begin adjusting to nasal breathing.
