I read the reviews and was skeptical at first but I decided to try it anyways. I work outside for 8 hours in South Carolina and let me tell you this vest works very well. Super efficient with the coolness & easy to put together. Highly recommend. PS get extra Ice packs

I had an idea to make something like this while I was braving the heat at a music festival. I found this vest while I was trying to research parts. I haven’t had a chance to test how long it will last yet, but I can absolutely feel the cold water pumping through the system.

Yes it is a battery powered water pump and It is cold! That's good. BUT if you need it and move around alot like leaning alot, laying on your back. It doesn't really work. It starts to not suck up water because of the angle.but if you add more water then recommend the vains will eventually pop. Im a mechanic so its not the best for me. But it is the best option i have so far.This vest is best if your keep your poster straight at all times.

No idea if this is a viable product. The enclosed instructions noted cold pack was supposed to be included. Did not included cold pack as noted and that had its own instruction on how to fill and freeze. Even if it had cold pack, I found instructions to be unclear. When I again checked reviews, none were confirmed purchases. I returned and have received refund. I see there is only one review remaining, not a confirmed purchase, and it mentions ice cubes which were not part of instructions. Product may work as advertised, but someone else will need to find that out.

Vest DO WORK. USB connector is hidden in the small pocket shown in first picture.USB connector removed from pocket is shown in second picture. USB connector is then plugged into power supply third picture.Vest worked well, kept me cool in 80 + degree weather. Vest is reasonably quite. I believe it can be used for deer hunting. Can't speak to longevity, only used twice. Buy before price goes up.

This is an interesting device, and if you work outdoors or stand in blazing heat, this will be very helpful. It works, I was skeptical if it would make a difference, but you can feel it working and it actually does good cooling. But while practical, the vest looks a bit rough, so especially considering the price, this is something you may not be able to wear everywhere. It's for practical use. And read the description, ice packs are not included, so you will have to get some that fit yourself. Finding the right sizes and getting them in can be a bit difficult. But the vest does not leak, and does a good job of keeping you cool. It's not an immediate effect like a fan, more of a subtle flow, but if you've been working for hours, you will feel the difference. Useful vest, though whether it's worth the price will depend on your needs.

It says it's supposed to have a couple ice packs but it's not there. Other than that it's ok.

I don't recall instructions mentioning ice packs being included but the description clearly says they are not and have to be purchased separately. That aside, once you add ice packs, this vest works great. Here in the south where temperatures have hit triple digits with nearly unbearable humidity, this vest has given a noticeable and appreciable cooling effect. It runs fairly quietly. It doesn't leak water. This has been a great thing when out gardening. I've used it and appreciated it but my wife has less heat tolerance than I do so she uses it more and absolutely loves it.
