This MediMassager has helped me almost completely cure plantar fasciitis in my foot after 3 years of continual pain and thousands of dollars spent trying to find a cure. When I originally developed the plantar fasciitis, I tried simple stretches & when that didn't work, I tried Airrosti (tissue and joint massage) at a high out-of-pocket cost per visit. The treatment worked ok, but never completely cured the pain. I didn't want to keep paying the high cost for the treatments, so the pain eventually came back full bore when I stopped going. Next, I went to a podiatrist for help, and the doctor created customized arch supports for me at another high cost. While the arch supports did relieve the pain while I wore shoes, I didn't want to rely on arch supports the rest of my life. I tried stretches provided by the doctor by standing on a stair and letting my heels drop down to stretch the calves & foot muscles. I tried heat then ice, rolling my foot on a tennis ball and also on a rolling pin. Nothing cured the pain. I found some shoes that helped a lot with the "negative heel" (Kalso Earth Shoes), so I've purchased several pairs at about $80-100 per pair - yet the pain was still there, especially when I took the shoes off and walked barefoot.One day while shopping in a local store, I saw a shiatsu foot massager which gave me an idea to check Amazon. I actually bought the shiatsu massager from Amazon, plus this MediMasser to compare. There is NO COMPARISON! The shiatsu massager has 2 sets of rotating balls that also heat up - my foot slipped off the shiatsu massager as the balls moved in a circular pattern and I'd have to keep resetting my feet and try to keep them on the massager. The MediMassager in contrast, has a large foot plate with raised bumps that allow your feet to grip the surface and not slide off even at high speeds (this has 12 variable speed settings).By using the MediMassager for just 3-4 days at variable speeds, I was able to walk around barefoot for a couple of hours in my house for the first time in 3 years with almost no pain! Now, after using the MediMassager for about a month, I have very little pain in my foot, and when I do I just use the massager for a few minutes. I also like to use the massager flipped over "on it's top" so I can rest my calves on the massager, and loosen up my calf muscles. The arch bar is wonderful for getting the sole of the foot in even more direct contact with the massager.This has been the best purchase for my foot health I have made to date. For about 20% of the money I've spent over the last three years trying to cure the plantar fasciitis, I now have a wonderful therapy massager to use for years to come.

I RARELY take the time to write a review, but I had to share this with you in case you really need help and are wondering if the reviews you're reading are real. I accidentally stumbled upon this device while surfing Amazon (I'm a Prime junkie), I was looking for a small space heater to put under my desk to keep my feet warm. Yes, this was an impulse purchase for me. But...WOW! BEST impulse buy I've made in all of 2016!!! I'm being 100% transparent when I say that this device has completely solved my foot numbness, bone-chilled feeling and discomfort. My feet are always SO freaking cold in winter (we live in Colorado), and I have Raynaud's (a circulatory issue), so I can never keep my feet warm...no amount of thick wool socks or "cozy" slippers can warm frozen toes that don't get warm, fresh oxygenated blood to them. Ask my husband, he has had to warm ice cold feet every night during winter...they are like little ice cubes. Circulation really is the only remedy for cold feet, and my circulation is impaired. So after reading many of the reviews here, I took a leap of faith and bought this device...because nothing motivates any of us to buy something more than the hope of alleviating pain and suffering. I'm delighted to report that this device has lived up to the 5 star claims that made me want to buy it in the first place! My first use of this machine took just a few minutes to get used to the force of the vibration (I wasn't quite prepared for the buzz my legs and feet would feel, but now I'm hooked and I LOVE the feeling of aliveness in my lower legs, feet and toes!) The numbness, tingling, and frozen to the bone feeling in my feet and toes is completely gone. I am now an addict and can't wait to put my feet on this thing every time I'm at my desk, It's a little noisy so I have to turn it off during telephone calls, and as you've been forewarned so well already by so many other reviewers...this thing has POWER! But I love it... I think the vibration/buzzing is so powerful that you will either love it and do back flips and become addicted like myself or you will hate it. I love the outcome the most...that my lower legs, feet, and toes are getting the blood circulation they need to nourish them and keep them healthy and functioning. Now I just need to find a non-slip mat to put under this device so that it doesn't move around on the wood floor in my office, (yes, it vibrates so powerfully that it moves across the floor if you have a slick surface.) I love this product so much that I'm thinking about purchasing the hand-held device that this company makes...mmmm...imagine what the back, neck and shoulders would feel like with this kind of POWER!! Cold feet, tired feet, painful feet (if related to circulation), this will be your remedy. My feet are warm now! Just 15-20 minutes a day is all I need to keep my feet warm all day long. It's truly a miracle. My husband was instantly converted after feeling my warm feet at night! He was so moved by my warm-footed miracle that he has ordered one for his father who has diabetes. I cannot even imagine how good this is for a diabetic who desperately needs support with circulation to not only find relief from diabetic neuropathy but also keep their extremities healthy and intact!
