Review Of: Nourish Ninjas Hair, Skin & Nails GummiesI find it hard to review supplements as generally speaking it takes several months for them to have any kind of noticeable effect, if any.I’ve been taking these gummies for a few weeks now and can’t say I’ve experienced any noticeable changes in how I feel.They smell and taste delicious and aren’t too sweet. They’re squishy, taste of strawberries and are easy to chew. I take 2 every day and there are enough in the bottle for 30 days.Whilst there have been no noticeable positive or negative effects so far, I shall continue to take them as I guess they’re doing me no harm.
