Q: Does this fit the Bodyguard 380 WITH built laser?

The Bodyguard .380 with factory laser does not fit hundred percent into the u7 holster. The pocket case comes to the backside of the trigger itself. It does not cover the complete trigger guard area. It was designed for the non laser version. It does fit into the holster, but it fails insert the full depth and so remains 3/4 inch from the bottom of the pocket guard, leaving the gun raised 3/4" higher than it should.

the .380 Bodyguard semi-automatic fits fine. I carry in my back pocket with no discomfort.

This holster is designed for pistol with the laser the holster designed for the Bodyguard without the laser is a different model # mostly advertised for the Sig p238 on amazon but is also the correct item# for bodyguard without laser. Either holster will fit but this one will be a little looser.

Sorry, I haven't tried it, but looking at the gun in the holster, I can tell you without a doubt it will fit. Because it's exactly the same length as the old Bodyguard. The only difference is there's going to be a little space in the front where there's no gun, get it? But, that shouldn't have any impact on retention. It's sold by Amazon, so if by some tragedy it doesn't fit, Amazon will gladly take it back. I've returned many things, the process is extremely simple.
