I had high hopes for these supplements but they are very big and difficult to swallow. They also have an unpleasant smell and I found I could taste them for a while after taking them so I was not able to continue taking them to give a thorough review of the results.

I paid for these myself and I wish I had paid more attention to the review below. Whilst I love what is inside of these tablets, they do smell quite bad (this I could give a pass) but the size of these things! And it is not just the size, it is what they are made of seems to get sticky the minute it touches your saliva, so you can’t really just relax and swallow it, it will grip to your throat. SoEvery morning I have to break them in tiny bits, it goes everywhere, I lose half of it. And as they smell, by the time I have swallowed all the tiny pieces, it makes me gag. Such a shame as such a good product. But the pills need a redesign (maybe two smaller tablets instead of one). I certainly won’t be repurchasing, not even sure I will finish my current tub.

These tablets provide a lot of vitamins and minerals which support metabolism and thyroid function, but they are quite large so are sometimes difficult to swallow. My big con is that they smell stomach turningly awful, so it's a case of opening the bottle quickly and taking one as fast as possible or I struggle. Based on the ingredients they definitely provide all the things I'm looking for in a thyroid specific supplement so I'm pleased I don't have to have a handful of tablets to get the right mix. They come with a foam insert inside the bottle which helps stop any tablets breaking which is useful and 30 days supply gives good value too.Overall, (if you can overlook the smell) I'd still recommend them, as they tick all the boxes if you're looking for something to support your thyroid.
