This is by far the best one I’ve tried that I could find here for my left shoulder pain! Other massagers that were cheaper have rotating balls, which did feel good but left me sore and in more pain than I was the next morning. This one squeezes your neck and shoulder. It can be a little hard to position in the right spot with the little legs touching your back/scapula area. I also tried a more expensive device that looked like this one and the legs were shorter exacerbating my issue with the device contacting my body. The heat also works very well and I enjoy the 3 different types of massage patterns.
