Nice board until you have issues
Nice board , but if you buy it not from company that produce it, there will not be warranty from this company. I bought it from Amazon and got:” Unfortunately since this board was not sold by us we are not able to cover it as a warranty issue”

A good brand at a great price - the accessories make it a great value
ROC was recommended by a family member that is an avid and accomplished paddleboarder. We purchased two of these for guests to use. We needed paddle boards that were easy for both beginners and experienced paddlers to enjoy. Even when not inflated to full pressure it provides a good rigid platform for a 200 lb adult (it is rated much higher). The kit includes most of the accessories that you will need however the pump is only good for topping off. We use a shop vac to fill it before topping off to 15 - 17 psi with the hand pump. The kit came with two seat backs which are a $75 value. They are easy to deflate and pack into the backpack carrying case.

Amazing customer service!
My son bought my husband and I paddle boards for our retirement. My son has one and loves it! We were so excited to try them out. Sadly the first time out my husband's fin broke off. I immediately contacted Roc's help email. Audrey got back to me in less that 24 hours. She was great! Although accessories are not part of the warranty, she obviously was concerned with our satisfaction. She sent us a new fin free of charge! All this happened in less than 24 hours. The company really stands behind their product! I highly recommend buying from them. Thanks Audrey and the ROC team!
