The advanced triple action formula helps to: Dissolve excessive earwax Reduce painful swelling Provide anti-infection protection Treat and prevent fungal infection Prevent dryness, itching and irritation Spray 1-2 times in each ear up to 3 times per day as needed. Adjust the spray mechanism of AUDISOLl Pain Relief Spray to a horizontal position. Press firmly and fully, downwards on the spray pump 1-2 times in each ear. Clear away any excess residue with a clean tissue or cotton wool. Use three times per day as needed. Do not buy
this only did not work it made my ears very sore and much more itchy and the suppliers refuse to reimburse me. i have totally wasted a lot of money on a useless product. any shop would refund me, i don't see why you should be any different.

Not really helpful
Bought this because it advertised to help itchy ears. Its really no more that putting olive oil in your ears. Didn't help with itching and didnt even really smell of anything, not even a natural herb smell. Didn't help with itching. May have well just use olive oil.

IT REALLY WORKS VERY FAST. NO MORE ITCHY EARS.
My Ausisol arrived after a few days of ordering, I was very pleased about that as my ears where driving me mad with itching, I used the spray straight away and within half an hour the itching had stopped, I will be using it daily then lower the use just to keep on top of the itching . A definite 5 stars it's been a blessing.
