This is a great teamaker! It boils water quickly and keeps it warm for a good amount of time. I was initially concerned about the spout leaking, but mine works perfectly—no issues at all. Best of all, it makes delicious tea every time. Highly recommend!

Had some initial problem with the item but after contacting the seller they offered a replacement despite that I was outside of their return or warranty policy. I really appreciate their prompt and great service. They went over and beyond. It is perfectly understandable that sometimes an item may have issues but it is the customer service that makes a world of difference. The seller has been great and we love the products. Lots of happy tea moments.

This Samovar is great! Works exactly as advertised and expected. Easy to use, electric components work well, plastic handles feel cheap, but so far no issues. Size is great for large groups or all day tea drinking. Color was as described, produces consistent tasting tea that can be adjusted to individual palates.

This item has only a good picture on the website. Despite its expensive price, it has very low quality and craftsmanship. The last hours for the electric part are minimal and are not reliable. The worst thing is that the seller is not responsible for the defect or warranty. They will deny you if you buy it through Amazon and ask them to use the promised warranty. They do not have any pride in what they sell. I love to make tea using a solid traditional Samavar. But what I received turned out to be like a piece of junk after only a few months. I strongly suggest you do not buy this item

I bought this in February 2025, it stopped working (no heat) in November. They offered a 25% refund, so apparently no warranty. I’m still trying to work with them, but 9 months seems like a rather short life for such a simple appliance. It worked well until it didn’t. Buyer beware. Follow up: vendor confirmed there is no warranty.
