Hello, I bought this product the other day and it takes hours for the varnish to dry. Why is this?

Beautiful colour. I'm thrilled to bits with this delicate, sparkly varnish. Not what I usually wear, so I was a bit uncertain when I first placed the order. However, when I've put it on, it looks stunning and I've received loads of compliments. I've applied two coats and the colour is exactly as it looks on the picture. I've got the sparkly bug now, so will definitely be ordering more and trying different colours. :)
