TMG Supplement 1000mg - 120 Count - Betaine Anhydrous - Powerful 30 Day Supply

I looked up other brands and benefits of TMG, and this brand was a great deal compared to others.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last two months. It's a great price, so I'd prefer they put another month's worth in or use a smaller container.The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for putting it on the lid!) is Mar 2026, so a little over 1.5 years from now.The capsules have a light scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO and HACCP certified. Their website says all their products are independently tested, but does not indicate if it's 3rd-party.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number and address are on the label, but the address is for Mail Services Etc. Their llabs site (it is dot me, not com) is functional and informative and has a chat feature on it. There are a number of things on the site that demonstrate an established, visible company, from media coverage to articles to social media. I wouldn't mind some more About Us information on the company, their sourcing, and manufacturing.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the product, including the lack of fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to. And I like what I see about the company, and the good price. And every time I see their name I think of Lloyd in a cartoon for the best-known stackable blocks toy company. I continually rotate the supplements that I take for health and for my workouts. I take cycle on and off creatine from time to time, and really like the effects that I get from it with my workouts. I get quite a good pump, can handle a little extra weight and reps, and seem to recover better.When I read that Trimethylglycine (TMG) which is also known as betaine or betaine anhydrous, might be the 'next creatine', this definitely got my attention. I also read that TMG was discovered in Beet Root, which is known for it's high nitrate content and benefits to athletes. I also read that TMG might boost athletic performance, might help improve heart health, might help regulate insulin levels, so I decided to give it a try in my supplement rotation.I'll cut to the chase: I like it! Just like with creatine, I get a good workout pump, and seem to be able to handle a little extra weight and reps, than when I'm not using this (or creatine) and I also seem to recover a bit better too. I cycle on and off of creatine, and now will swap this TMG into that cycle! I might even give a try of using both at the same time, just to see if I get even better results!

I bought this thinking it would help. However, this bottle didn't seem to do anything. It is a bit different than the other TMG Supplements I have taken.

Pretty good. Two capsules that go down easy and do not upset my stomach. The serving size is 1000mg in two pills so you can split it to help with absorption. I have heard studies as much as 2000mg, but I'd ask your doctor before starting anything above the recommended dose.

This supplement product arrived on time and was well-packaged. As a senior in my mid-70s, I have done a lot of reading and research on Betaine Anhydrous. I feel very comfortable that is an important element for me. Please do your own reading about this product to see if it can benefit you. I have had no negative reactions when taking the recommended dosage after breakfast. The price point is excellent making it a great value and I look forward to continuing with this TMG supplement.
