- CAST IRON CONSTRUCTION — A substantial cast iron body and manual lever design help you press prepared dough with controlled pressure, without electricity.
- 8-INCH PRESSING SURFACE — Shape small or larger dough rounds to suit your recipe. Finished tortilla size and thickness depend on the dough type, consistency, and portion size.
- EASIER RELEASE WITH LINERS — Designed for use with food-safe plastic cut from a zip-top bag or parchment paper above and below the dough, helping prevent sticking and making dough easier to lift.
