Whey protein contains 24 gm for protein per scoop which is so beneficial along with the other diet. Suitable with cold milk or water.

Tastes good with milk, not so good with water
Decent mixability, flavor is as expected. However, I did not like its taste with water. I did try it with milk a few times and that tasted much better. So, buy this if you are ready to drink it with milk. Really didn't like the taste with water.
