LOVE IT! Super sturdy, fun to ride, GREAT features and reliable mode of transportation. The saddle bags carry so much cargo and I use this to go back and forth to my cleaning jobs. This saves me so much on gas and maintenance.

This is our first Ebikes and we are very impressed in the quality, power and longevity of the battery. The bike feels very solid and safe while going fast speeds. The brakes were a bit squeaky but perform very well. I did follow the heybike video on how to reduce some of the squeak and calibrate them. Our first ride we went almost 12 miles and I mostly used throttle only and the battery was still on all bars. I think for sure you could go over 30 miles on throttle only per charge. Also I was able to get bike on flat up to 29mph with pedal assist on 100% battery and gear 7. The suspension is perfect was able to bump up curbs and down with ease. No being used to bikes we did order different seats that are more comfortable. I spent a full day researching these bikes and at one point had 21 different bikes in my cart. These Rangers where selected because of the range, design, foldability, cost, and the reviews overall. Will highly recommend Heybike as a quality brand. A+++!!

I’ll start w. The fact I don’t need to buy a $300.00 bike rack !! Savings in my pocket! Super Cool to “fold” a bike, & pack it away in a small car such as my Subaru Impreza, a small version of a sedan !! Right in my back seat u can see the picture of my E-bike folded (lol) & headed to the nearest bike trail !! I know I need to exercise but I don’t have motivation for any of it! Not a gym, not a regular bike nor a treadmill!! This is different!!! Once I get a lil tired, my e-bike takes over until I can again!! I feel like a kid in the candy store writing this review ! Never did I think an e-bike would make a difference “motivating me to exercise” !! I test drove an e-bike bc of a contest (no I didn’t win) but that was the reason I got on one to begin w. I felt so free riding and riding!! My husband is a bike fanatic & not once have I ever said “hey let’s ride together!” I definitely said “NO TY” but with the e-bike I ride just as long as he does! And NO I am not selling myself short bc it’s an e-bike it’s the total opposite “the e-bike has me exercising” I am inspired to keep going bc when I can’t the bike can! I even go up hills!! I luv when ppl shout “wow go go! U got it!!” Lol I don’t know if they don’t know the e-bikes helping me, either way it’s motivating!! Yes the bikes heavy but I am a strong girl & I have an even stronger son that helps me when I can’t !! He assembled the bike for me, reviews say it’s easy, I’m sure it is, I guess we like doing things the difficult way… smh !! We wanted to be certain we understood so we watched utube on rewind x100 w. Paper instructions on re-read over & over !! Im still learning the gears & the computer! I did reach out to CS, I think it took about 6 days for a response but I guess it’s bc it wasn’t important or anything that needed urgency! There response was great CS & I appreciate that! I recommend Hey Bike Ranger for the Newbies, to the expert bike rider ! Don’t miss out Having Fun as Adults I also ordered my bike w. A basket for the front & back but instead I’m going for the saddle bag in back & I’ll add my basket when summer comes back!! I did read there’s a “carry bag” u can put ur bike in, to make it easier for carrying & transporting. I’m definitely going to buy that, bc when I have to put the bike in my sons trunk I have to lift it very high off the ground and it’s heavy I don’t want to scratch his car or my bike!!

I bought this bike for my uncle who is getting up in age and let me tell you, i have never been so happy and seen him so happy. We love the smoothness, ease of assembly, ease, and speed of the bicycle. The bike handles pavement and dirt trails better than we expected, it's pretty comfortable, and is easy to hop on and off. The long lasting battery life is a plusand give us plenty of durability, quality, and appearance. Thank you for making a great product.

I have 100 mi on my bike in only a month. Have to say I'm so glad I purchased it. However, I'm not handy and putting all of it together and following the directions for all the screws, bolts and nuts was challenging and frustrating.

We absolutely love our new Heybike Rangers...We bought one to try it out first. It arrived on time and was packaged VERY well. I was thankful it came almost fully assembled so putting the last few pieces on were pretty easy. My husband and I each took it for a spin and we loved it so much we decided to buy another one right away! (We actually put the order in the same day our first one arrived!!) We were surprised that the bikes would work so well for both of us. I am 5'5" and my husband is 6'3" - We thought we'd have to buy him a bigger bike but these bikes fit us both perfectly. The seats can be easily adjusted. We bought the bikes to ride around home and to bring with us on all our camping trips to the State and National Parks w biking trails. We love that they fold up so easily. They both fit in our RV garage for transport (one on each side). We just love that we can bring them along and can hit the trails wherever we go! We really like the 4" wheels. They really make a difference when you transition from highway to gravel or to the beach... you never miss a beat! We haven't need to call customer service for anything - everything came in perfect condition and works like a charm. We highly recommend these bikes... they are so well made and so much fun!

I have asked several questions that nobody has the answer to. Mainly , go to Hey Bike website and specs are clearly different which makes it misleading. Product assembly was harder than necessary do to bad manufacturing tolerances and technics. Still not sure where my saddle bags are and no answer from Hey Bike yet. FYI , front basket was shipped separate and it is heavy. Not sure why they didn't use aluminum?I will update review once I get a response and start riding to see if it meets specs they claim.Update: Changed from 3 stars to 5 as there customer support is second to none. The have emailed several times to make everything is good. Hoping bike is fine and should be with such a top notch support.

Mon Ranger est mon premier vélo électrique et j'avais quelques appréhensions envers les vélos électriques en général. Mon vélo est arrivé plus tôt que prévu et je n'ai eu aucune difficultés avec l'assemblage.Je suis agréablement surprise de la qualité de ce produit et j'adore m'en servir pour les courses au quotidien.Je recommande fortement ce produit. Beaucoup de plaisir en randonnée à venir !

UPDATE: The Heybike Ranger is a great bike, very versatile and it breezed me up a 25° slope without me having to pedal at all. Having ridden across a gravel and grass field to test out the suspension as well, I can safely say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and that those who buy will be pleased. Customer Service was a bit slow on the uptake, but they've come through in the last few days.However, I do have a few things to note.First, the brakes arrived miscalibrated. I had to learn from scratch how Shimano brake systems worked, as the video they provided was only half of the information needed to fix them.Second, the nut that holds on the bike seat is quite tough. I had to use WD-40, a wrench, a hammer, and a LOT of torque to remove even one nut. However, once that was done, replacing the seat was easy.Third, the bike comes with its default motor sensitivity at the highest setting, meaning it pushes as much voltage to the PAS motor as possible from the get-go. This means the bike accelerates fast, but also that it's harder to control. I had to use the user manual (found online) to adjust the bike's PAS sensitivity.Fourth, the bike's PAS kicks in the second you begin to pedal. I'm not sure if there's a way to control that in the bike's settings, but I've inquired so we'll see.Fifth, the front fender isn't attached very well. It's sufficient for city riding or riding in fairly level fields, but I imagine it would be a little loosely attached on mountain trails.All in all, a great bike with a few hiccups here and there, but nothing terribly major. 4 out of 5 mostly because of the brakes being miscalibrated, but also because of the other issues.OLD:The bike arrived with the breaks miscalibrated, making the bike unrideable. Having contacted the company on the 26th I still have not received a reply. Leaving this review in hopes they get back to me on either fixing the brakes or exchanging the bike.
