Renpure Biotin & Collagen Shampoo & Conditioner Set for Fine Hair 2x24oz

My entire family really enjoys this product. We use the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in spray. Smells nice, it’s light and neutral. Product feels nice. Only gripe I have is the pump. OMG it’s so bad. I’ve purchased 3 rounds on auto ship, 2 haven’t worked at all. Another complaint is the way it’s shipped. It’s come leaking or cracked. Trying to ship the cheapest way possible leads to product being damaged, which leads to unhappy customers! I enjoy the product BUT, if I keep getting broken pumps and leaking bottles delivered you will LOOSE a customer. Please change your pumps and shipping methods. Don’t be cheap, use a sturdy box and packaging material.

Item came completely sealed and there was no leakage. Definitely would recommend. Smell isn’t bad either. Definitely makes my hair feel great.

I'm a big fan of this shampoo and conditioner, it thickens my hair and makes it feel healthier. Unlike other thickening products I've used, it doesn't leave any buildup on my scalp, and the thickness lasts for several days afterwards (with other brands, my hair would look great the same day but worse - so oily - the next so I'd need to wash my hair everyday- this one just leaves it feeling thick and healthy, so I don't have to wash it as often)

Excellent quality, low-fragrance shampoo. I have baby-fine hair, and not a lot of hair, so I am always looking for a safe product to enhance my hair. I appreciate this is not tested on puppies and kittens, and that it is vegan. I gave the product 4 stars because I am still trying to figure out how to get the pump to work on each bottle. The shampoo lathers up nicely, rinses clean. The conditioner is thick and also rinses cleanly. After using this set for two weeks I can give it a high rating, I look like I have more hair. Although I do use an Ionizing hair dryer (which helps).... after drying my hair looks fuller. When I curl it with hot rollers, I look like I have a full head of hair, which is very nice. I am not going to say it helps with reducing hair loss until I use it for a month or two (there are brand name shampoos out there that drastically cause hair loss because of the sulfates and other chemicals in them.) Most women with baby-fine don't have a head full of hair enough for three people like some of the commenters seem to show. I recommend this product for those of us who have baby-fine hair who would like to look like we have more hair on our head !!

I am a huge fan of the biotin and collagen shampoo, have used it for a couple years and love what it does for my hair, I would give it 5 stars but...1 star for shipping this time around. WHOS SHIPS BOTTLES OF SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER IN A PAPER BAG?!? Both pumps were off and the bag was full of liquid. Requested a replacement and was asked to return the bag full of liquid! Called customer service to amend return request and also note to at least ship in a box. PLEASE figure out how to ship this, even if it adds a couple $$ to the product!

Love them both made my hair is looking strong,full with body and shiny, I do recommend the set of this shampoo and conditioner my hair was thinning and losing alot of hair and these two products made me feel so happy and satisfied

This product was recommended by my daughter, who said it worked great on fine hair. I received my bottles today & the pumps don’t work on either bottle! I’m sure the product works well or my daughter wouldn’t have recommended it. However, I gave it 3 stars because of the broken pumps & the packaging was also pretty flimsy for the weight of the bottles. Mine weren’t damaged, but could have been very easily! So, as a new buyer, I was a little disappointed

This is by far one of my favorite hair products, especially if you are not rich I would go with this. The product has decent ingredients and better then most products I have used. It is a great value for your money.

I am impressed by how well this biotin & collagen shampoo and conditioner works. My hair had really thinned due to anemia, and although I am taking iron supplements, my hair was just not rallying. 6 weeks into using this shampoo and conditioner my hair feels noticeably healthier and is starting to grow back. It also cleanses really well - some shampoo and conditioners leave a residue and make my hair feel heavy. This is lightweight and I can go several days between washes.

smell is wonderful and lasts a very long time. would like a different pump for the shampoo though, as the pump only gives a dimes size of product but will buy again

works ok, don't notice a huge difference from my other brands

Agréablement surprise !! Pour le prix je me suis permis d'essayer, jusqu'à présent j'aime beaucoup je l'utilise depuis 2 semaines. Texture agréable & oui je sens que mes cheveux on plus de volume. Bien hâte de voir dans 1 mois.

Praise: The product is a delight to use. It doesn't irritate the scalp and the scent is mild. The shampoo produces an abundance of plush lather. My hair is waist length and the conditioner spread through the hair well and detangled almost instantly. Criticism: I wanted the biotin formula, but because my scalp is naturally oily, the coconut oil in the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling weighed down, flattened, not full-bodied or freshly washed. I could feel a film of oil on my hair. I hope the company considers creating a formula that is oil free with biotin.. This version doesn't work for me.
