Handy, good materials
I needed a trash bag or container solution of some kind in my SUV. I've had loose plastic grocery bags and standalone small trash cans, this time I tried a solution like this. It clips to the back of one of my seats that has pockets, and came with an insert to go flat against the bottom and widen the bin open. It goes well with the color of my interior, almost looks like it came stock with it.This is a nice solution that gets things off the floor. If you have a regular rider sitting where the bin is right in front of them it may present an issue, but I'm usually driving by myself and the bin is easy to remove if I'd like to for a trip. Overall a nice elegant solution for small in-vehicle trash needs.

Smaller than you might think but seems to be decently made.
First note - said 'comes with roll of trash bags' but my example did not.The size isn't all that useful as a trash can. It might be fine for small items like a used hand wipe, small papers and such but not much else. I think I'll get more use out of it for storing various small items close to hand. Small tissue packs, pens, hand sanitizer, small note pad - things like that. There also isn't much of a way to use this in a car unless you have seat back pockets. The design really doesn't allow for any other use - unless maybe by clipping it onto a seat belt or possibly a door panel if there is room there. It seems to have been decently made. My example felt like quality materials, had even seams and no obvious defects in manufacturing. My advice is do NOT order this for use as a trash can but for use as a small item organizer instead and primarily for back seat useage if you have pockets on the back of your front seats.

Hold things? Yes. Wee little trash can? Not so much.
This item seems sturdy and well made. It is "wee" enough to fit in small spaces and should securely hold onto a door or back seat pocket. It is closed pretty tightly on arrival, so can be used to hold things pretty securely and out of sight from prying eyes if between the door and seat. It also has an insert for the bottom that will hold it in an open position if your intent is more to use it as an easily accessible location for a parking voucher, whistle, or other small items. If you want to use it as a small trash can for receipts and wrappers, this one arrived without the roll of liner bags included in the description. This is the main reason for knocking off a star. A quart size ziplock is about the right depth, but the top won't open enough to pull it over the edges to stay open, and there is no way to secure it inside to ensure it's lining the item rather than folding up with trash on top. Not wanting a gross pocket next to me in the car, and also noting it would be hard to clean the inside of this item, I'm not able to use it yet for its intended purpose. If you're interested in this item, consider its intended purpose. Easy access to items like a toll device, phone or wallet, to be hidden between the door and seat but still accessible, are perfect. But as a place for trash, consider how you will line it and what can go in. If it could hold your empty beverage container, it wouldn't be small enough to fit in that little space.

Small, perfect, rugged.
Finally the perfect front seat trash can for receipts, straw papers, etc. I have had to be more carefully getting in and out of my van so I don't kick it (however, it hasn't fallen off), but I'm learning. I love having it there and not having to fish those small bits of trash out of the side door pocket. Clips on strongly, but easy to pull off to dump.

A Qualified Endorsement
While there is certainly "No quality for littering" and you definitely don't want a "Penalty for illegal deduction of points" there's not a whole lot of clean up you can do with this "small...and fully functional car trash can". Small being the operative word there. At about 8" x 6" x 3", after some gum wrappers, a kleenex or two and a couple paper napkins it's time to dump it. Okay if that's all you got I suppose. That being said it is very well made. Feels like "leather material" and the clips are robust. Good value overall.

Great product to keep the car tidy
This little trash container is perfect for helping keep my car tidy. It works especially well at giving a place to throw those little bits of trash, like straw wrappers, tissues, receipts, etc. that always seem to end up all over the car. The hooks keep this attached and stable on my car door so it's always within reach.

Very small and no garbage bags inckuded
I was a bit disappointed in this garbage can for the vehicle. It’s ultra tiny. You really can’t get much garbage in it. The description also indicates they would come with disposable bags and mine did not come with any.The plus side is that it very well made. If the backseat of your car has a pocket, it can be slid into that or attach to inside of your car door. It’s nice to have more than one way to use the item.Unfortunately, I won’t be using it for the purpose I intended it for (trash), but rather a spot to keep my phone, wallet, sunglasses and chap stick in by door instead.
