This D3 K2 combo has been a game changer for me, I've been taking it for about 1.5 weeks and I have noticed a little change in my energy level. I will update again after about 2 month period.

Have not see or feel any different yet but just started taking.

The vitamin Did not seem to be a clear gel looking type vitamin it was milky looking which was indicated on the package that if it was milky looking this now was not kept in cold temperature. So was not fresh up on arrival.

After using this product for a few weeks I began to have dizzy spells. When I stopped using it the dizziness went away.
