Arrives programmed as one switch on, one switch off, and two switches for dim up and down.
Seems a nice switch. But I bought it to use with Home Assistant. And while the switch works, there is nothing on their web site to tell me how to reprogram the device from Home Assistant to operate four devices. So be aware, you must have the Tuya hub for this to work with Home Assistant. The page makes that clear, so I'm not going to "ding" them for that.Vendor proactively contacted me and offered a full refund, showing good support and followup. So I've raised the assessment by a star from three to four because of their good support. (They did not make it a condition for the refund offer.)

Has potential - needs to be better compatible
Overall the device works. However Zemismart have not really worked on making this device compatible with major Zigbee software such as Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA.I have the Zemismart Hub and it does connect to it - In the Tuya app I am able to control the device and send single/double/long press for each of the buttons. I was also able to integrate the Zemismart hub to Home assistant via Matter - and at that point I am able to see the 4-way remote. However it will only send single press commands at the moment, so I only get 4 out of 12 options to configure.I do like the design of this remote better than the square one and it looks much better on the wall ( I have it in a 3d printer wall plate next to a light switch).Once Zemismart figure out how to work with M2Q and ZHA this product has amazing potential and I hope to use it more than I am now.

Works, but Check Compatibility First
This is a decent device and a very good price, but it has limited compatibility. Before I go over the quality of the device itself, I need to emphasize that this is not a fully standard Zigbee device. It follows some Tuya-specific configuration, and will not work with just any Zigbee hub out there. As of this review, it's not compatible with Hubitat. It's also not currently supported by Home Assistant's ZHA integration. It is compatible with Zigbee2MQTT 1.40.1 and later, and with this it works great. Now, for the device itself. It's very chunky. This matches other devices like the Sengled Smart Light Switch or the Hue Dimmer Switch. Unlike these two, however, it has a blank face that lets you easily label the buttons, or leave it nicely blank. It also has very clicky buttons that provide good tactile feedback. Each button can signal a single press, double press, or hold. This gives you 12 different actions you can take.My one major complaint is that the instructions are not good on how to enter pairing mode. It took some searching online to find this out. You need to press and hold the top two buttons until the light flashes. Once you do this, it should pair right away.Ultimately, while this is a good switch, I have to deduct a star for the limited compatibility. If you are using a compatible solution such as the intended Tuya hub or can use Zigbee2MQTT, it's worth taking a look at this.

This Only Has 2 Functional Switches But That Uses 2/4 Slots, Not Worth It!!!!

Not standard Zigbee
I got this to hopefully work with my ZHA setup, but unfortunately it would not connect. I also tried connecting it to Homey and it wouldn't connect there also. Best I can tell this is proprietary zigbee. I was able to connect it to my zemismart hub and it gave me a lot of options and features.Instructions are not accurate as it does not state exactly which button or buttons to hold to get it connect. I had to find a video online to know that you have to hold the top 2 buttons to put it in pairing mode.

Works great with Zigbee2MQTT
This little switch works just great with Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT. Just press and hold the top two buttons and it will go into pairing mode within a couple of seconds. After that it shows right up. It exposes single and double button presses, as well as a button hold, though the hold doesn't have a release, so it wouldn't be functional as a hold-to-dim button. The device itself is pretty nice. The wall plate seems well constructed and gives the option of screws or adhesive. The little button module snaps right in with magnets, though there is a tiny bit of slop between the remote and the wall plate. The feel of the buttons is ok, but not great. I prefer more of a tactile click, where this is much more subtle. It's fine rally. Also there is a little blue light that activates when you press a button. It's nice that it's not very bright, but it helps especially with button hold events as it doesn't send the hold message until the little indicator light goes out.

Avoids tedium of opening Tuya/Smart Life app for common actions like lights, fan
I got this smart switch panel to control devices I use often, and start smart actions. This avoids having to tediously open the app on the phone when you just need to click one button. It works decently and I like having actions for double and long-press, giving effectively 12 actions. Software has some problems, but once set up it it works well. I had to update to the latest Tuya/Smart Life before remote would show up for pairing with my Tuya Zigbee hub (hold buttons 1 and 2 until LED flashes). I don't have a Zigbee system so onlt tested the Tuya/Smart Life functionality.Button remote is compact and buttons are easy to press. Remote magnetically goes into wall mount nicely. Unfortunately the magnets are in the mount rather than the remote, so the remote can't be stuck on metal surfaces or lamp poles (plenty of room inside to add our own). Single, double, and long-press are easy to initiate. Smart actions can trigger from single, double, and long presses of buttons. Tip: use normal smart actions screen to add actions, as remote's own screen to add them had many issues. You can set up rotating actions with some clever programming, e.g. first press turns light on bright, second dims, third turns off. First set up smart actions for each of these, each triggered by the button press. Then go through and add actions at the end of each one to disable itself and enable the next action. Then go through and switch off all but one of the actions. This way when button is pressed one action triggers, then enables the next action for the next time the button is clicked. It would have been nice if they could automatically set up templates for this kind of thing to make it easier.
