Most comfortable Shoes I've ever owned. They literally feel like gloves to my feet. True to size, I use 7.5 but I have a wide foot, I went up to 8 (38) I highly recommend this shoe to anyone that wants to walk on a cloud all day. Excellent for Las Vegas trips

I ordered two pair in different sizes...38 and 39. They run short. I normally wear a 7-7.5 but needed the 39. The 38 pair came in an official ilse Jacobsen box with tissue paper and product guide. The 39 pair came in a brown amazon box. I was disappointed they didn't come in the official box. I'm assuming they were returned without the original box so this is how they sent them to me. This is the reason I'm only giving 4 stars. They also make a tiny squeaking noise when walking.

Does not feel or fit like the other shoes that Ilsa Jacobson designs

I tried these shoes on in a boutique. The size I’ve worn for my whole adult life is 8.5 or 39. The sz 39 in this shoe barely fit the length of my foot, my toes were pushed right against the end. I’ve reordered a sz 41 which the chart compares to a sz 11. Crazy sizing on this item!

I ordered a 8 returned them for a 9 and thinking of getting a 10. I wear an 8 in all my other ones.
