Heavy Sleeper Approved
Great alarm clock! I'm in love with the old-school style bells with a slight touch of modernism digital display. It's a perfect alarm clock if your cell phone isn't waking you up in the morning anymore or you need to fix your sleep schedule. I come from a family of very deep sleepers and have been told on multiple occasions that "you could sleep through anything", but not this. This is great for all of my deep sleepers out there! If I could give 10 stars I would. The only concern I had with it was the directions for the device they seemed too complex for the buyer and needed to be more user-friendly.

small but work good
It is smaller than I thought one I had ad a kid was huge and way louder but this does what it needs too. I don't like the setup procedure though it's a little confusing at first.

Very stylish with many functions.

It works
It's loud which was the point of buying it. I wish you could set days of the week. It goes off on the weekends if you forget to turn it off.

Still haven't figured out how to turn the alarm on
I like the display. Bright, easy to see, and digital on an old style alarm clock with real bells! I also really like the matte finish. (Got black)I bought the clock specifically for the real bell alarm but sadly have as yet been unable to figure out how to turn the alarm ON. The directions are pretty straightforward for setting the time and date... but the alarm bit is a mess. It also says there's 2 alarms but what if I only want one set? From images it seems there's only 1 icon to tell you the alarm is even on... so I HAVE to use 2?It also tells you to hit the sun/zzz button AND the + button together to change the brightness but pressing either one alone changes the brightness. Thankfully some of the reviews confirmed what I assumed the "working day alarm" meant, though I don't know how it knows what day of the week it is. Yes, you input the date, but not the day of the week. It's not like it has an internet connection to determine the day of the week. Also a little confused by the Amazon page. It says the Brand is JUSTUP but the box says HoneyTime. The product information says it requires 1 AA battery and that it's included. It requires 3 AAA batteries and none are included. It also comes with a USB cable but no actual plug for an outlet. The product page has a whole image with the clock and says it has THREE alarms but it only has 2.I'm not sure which brings the rating down lower; the part where no button seems to turn the alarm on, the manual or the misinformation on the product page.

Instructions are chaotic, but it is loud
The “manual” as it is mentions voice commands, which wasn’t in the listing and I did NOT want, but it doesn't actually explain what commands are available. Nevertheless, this thing does seem to respond to sounds to turn on the display, but only when running on battery. So there is a microphone there somewhere. It might be nice to snooze by yelling at it, but that didn't work :)The bell is fairly loud, and it doesn't only ring when the scheduled alarm arrives - it also chirps when it gets plugged in, so don't set up after others have gone to bed. I guess I'll know the next time we have a power outage at it comes back on in the middle of the night. I am a little confused why the metal of the bells themselves are painted. It would be louder with bare metal I think. It is pretty loud as is. It went off one day when I was 3 rooms away and it was still loud enough to startle my cat.I like that the display light can be turned off, but it would be nice if the time was visible with ambient light. It is not, it's a completely blank screen. The dimmest setting is still quite bright in a dark room, so the display usually stays off. Leaving it on as a "night light" is a bit distracting as I can't seem to get it to stop cycling through time/date/temperature. An option to show only one of those at a time would be really nice. It would also be nice if they were more clearly identified as to what information is being displayed. It can be hard to tell the difference between the date and the time display. There is a “AM/PM” indicator and the “:” is only visible when displaying time, but it’s easy to miss when you’re groggy and just glancing at it.The instructions are not clear how to dismiss, rather than snooze the alarm. But pressing random buttons other than snooze seems to do it. Though, when I'm groggy, that logic would make more sense to be reversed. If I'm not awake enough to find the off button, I'm going to need the alarm again. The 1-5, 1-6, 1-7 alarm modes are not defined anywhere. I can only assume those are days of the week for the alarm to be active starting with Monday. In fact, the alarm did not go off today (Saturday) so I think that’s the logic. It could be more flexible for shift workers, but it works okay for my situation.I've lost count of how many times I've knocked this clock over. The design is a bit top heavy to begin with, but with the power cable coming out of the back it makes it worse. All the buttons being in the back pretty much ensure that I'm going to knock it over every morning trying to turn it off. But so far it has survived. In the 2 weeks or so that it's been powered it has kept time within a minute or so.I've held off a bit writing this review because I want to give it a fair shake. I think I'll get some use out of it but I'm not sure I would want to inflict this on someone as a gift unless they really needed it.Ultimately I’m only knocking off 1 star for the annoyances. It does the main things it claims to do: It is an alarm clock, it doesn’t tick, it’s loud and it has some other features that are just okay. An alarm clock is meant to be hated and at the end of the day (or in this case, the beginning of one) if it wakes you up, it’s working. And that, it does.

digitale Anzeige in klassischem Design
