Don't buy alert ! No exchange offer ; Audio and video was malfunctioning
Had to buy in urgency, good that it came with lifetime Google office access as it claims though No exchange offer was available, so giving one less star ⭐.New purchase but audio and video malfunction occurred few times. Audio and Video quality is good.Battery quality is good runs for 1:30 hrs.Family parent control for child safety, can be locked from mobile. So no access once online class is over. Bingo 😁Updated in Oct 24 . This machine got blank, charging light is there but machine doesn't start , I wrote to seller and Amazon no response yet.I searched the laptop Number model online in Lenovo website also got no help on service. Any help would be appreciated.. :(

Very slow. Sold by different company not mentioned in Amazon. Also hide the details (MRP etc) of product in packing.

Extremely poor quality laptop. The mouse pad doesn’t work and the seller is extremely unhelpful. Amazon should stop selling such low quality products and strengthen their seller onboarding team. I am never shopping again from Amazon

Laptop is no longer work8ng
I have had this laptop for less than 2 months, and now it will not turn on.Edit: apparently this seller is in Nigeria...Amazon could do nothing to help us. They gave us a number to call which, surprise surprise, was no longer in service.They also gave us a website which also was of no help. Supposedly the laptop was under factory warranty. Since it's bought from some in Nigeria and there's no helping website or phone number it now feels like a scam and we are forced to keep a laptop that is useless and we have to buy a new one. Hopefully Amazon removes this seller.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
I received my laptop on May 20, 2014. When I first received it, I was excited and pleased. Until the weekend of July 20, 2024. It had been a few days since I was on the computer, when I opened it I noticed the screen looked as if someone smeared ink or part of the screen. I immediately contacted Lenovo customer service, they sent the box for me to return it so they can work on it. Keep in mind I purchased the warranty with it.Next thing I know when I received an email stating I owed them $177.00 for repairs. I called asked about my warranty. Just put it this way they don't honor it, it's a waste of money.When I contacted customer service about the bill I received, they asked me to send them a picture of the damages on the computer. Their response they were going to fix it. A few minutes later they sent another email saying they wasn't . I told them to return my laptop back to me 😡 NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY 🤦🏾♀️SAVE YOUR MONEYSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYITS A WASTE OF MONEYTHEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY

Windows 11 is huge headache
I have had my computer less than a month. Internet was fine, then one day it stops working. NO WIFI connections show up. Apparently this is common issue with Windows 11. All the videos online for the fix did not work for me. The options for WIFI do not even show up! Going to GEEK Squad tomorrow. I would not buy anything with Windows 11 on it.
