Does the hanging bracket include?

Yes it comes with the hanging bracket. We had to cut ours to fit so our lift gate on our motorhome would still go up but it worked

Can these steps be used at an RV entry door?

Mine was on a slide in camper, so yes. You need something solid to bolt to.

How does this attach? Is it permanently mounted or do you remove it when you fold it up?

only the bracket stays attached the steps remove with 2 pins.
