Great Workout Set!
I was mainly interested in the half exercise ball in this set. I had a leg injury several months back and a half exercise ball was recommended to help build back the muscles. I am so glad I got this one. It meets all that I need. The bottom is a nice rubber material with traction. I had no issues with it sliding on my hardwood floor. The rounded portion is constructed nicely and the plastic is good quality. I don’t expect to have any issues with it. At the moment, I’m mainly doing stretches and balance exercises until I can get my leg stronger. There are arm bands to use with the half exercise ball. They are made well. I felt like the clip at the end of the elastic part was a little tight, but I’m sure it will loosen over time. There are loops on the half ball to attach the bands to.The inflation pump I would rate as average quality. It worked fine and I was able to pump up the half exercise ball and the regular ball easily. The full exercise ball was a bonus for me. I already had a full exercise ball, but this one is a little smaller. I actually prefer this one over my old one. It is made well and the plastic seems to be sturdy.I like the set and would recommend it.

Great for balance and home use
The air pump was broken upon arrival but I was able to get a cheap one at Walmart. Once I got it pumped up it’s been great. I can work on my balance watching TV. I’m 62 so balance to prevent falls is important.

Solid Enough to Put Some Work On It!
I’ve wanted this type of exercise half ball for so long and am thrilled with this one! It’s weighted on the bottom so it doesn’t slide on the carpet and it’s got a fairly thick rubberized bottom that prevents it from accidental slipping out from under me. The stretch bands with hand grips are so helpful in giving me just a little extra stability; the bands are pretty long if you’re a tall person but I needed to add a knot to each to shorten them just a little (better a little long than too short). The rubberized ball that you stand on is thick and the seams are very solid so I don’t worry about air leaks or breakage from putting some work on it. As for another piece of exercise equipment in the house, this one is a keeper and easy to store but I leave it out in the living room and jump on it when I have a few minutes here and there. It’s a nice stress reliever as well as low-impact exercise. I definitely recommend this!

Works as Well for Less
I have a full gym in my basement with all the toys. i originally bought two Bosu's years ago and they worked well until they didn't. They both leak air and have to be repumped regularly. Time for a new one. i tried this one and it is very impressive for the cost. It is heavy duty so it seems like it will last for a long time. It fills and shapes as expected, but has a better bottom grip (tread) than my Bosu. From a functional perspective, it works exactly as it should. Save yourself the money and buy this one.

Good
Good for the price. Heavy duty textured bottom so it won’t slide. The con to that is you will need padding of some sort if you want to be comfortable doing stuff like push ups off the flat side. I cut up an old yoga sticky mat for stuff like that and it works perfectly. Could stand to lose the handled tubing or at least make the tubing adjustable. I am 5’6” and I found them too long to be useful with most movements. I just use my regular tubing instead which works better and offers me variable resistence depending on the thickness of my tubing. .

great exercise tool
Heavy duty half exercise ball, along with a bonus full ball. Just be sure to use the yellow stoppers (that have little extensions on the end) in the half ball, not the white stoppers that have no extensions. I didn't realize when I first filled it up but was able to pull out the white stopper with the extraction tool. It does take a while to fill up the ball(s) with the pump, but it is a good workout. The ball also comes with a set of resistance bands. It comes with a set of exercises you can do; some I never would have thought of doing.

It's a good unit
This thing is impressively sturdy and heavy, although I suppose it needs to be if people are standing on it. The inflatable half ball portion is quite thick and the platform is very rigid. It has a nice rubberized grippy material on the top of the platform that definitely helps when standing on the unit. I think this thing is quite a useful tool for working out. I have no worries about the durability of the device itself, but all the accessories that came with it are clearly cheap crap. I have no faith in any of that stuff lasting very long, especially the pump and bands. For the price, I think the pump and accessories should better quality.
