Great item. Easy to read and easy to attach to my tracker wristband.

What a great idea! It was hard figuring out how to fit all my medical info on the small space, but I chose what I thought was most important for medical people to know if I was unconscious. I ended up getting a new elastic watchband that I love and the little tag fits on it just fine. My old leather band was too thick. My doctors are impressed with it. I am recommending it for my senior friends with health issues. Even without health issues, you never know when you might be in an accident and it would helpful to know your name, blood type and who to call. I think it is great idea for everyone one to have this info in case of an emergency. Cellphones may not be accessible in an emergency.

I have celiac and other autoimmune conditions. Great for emergency identification and information. Print is clear, comfortable and durable.

This took forever to get. But it is easy to read.

I put alot of info in a tiny space and the outcome is very tiny print.I recommend you to be very short say 2 to 3 lines to be more easily readable and eye-catching and have a red medic alert symbol stop it.

Quality was spot on. However you will WAIT forever to receive it. Plus they make you order black if you want the medic alert symbol. Sucks because I wanted the stainless steel to match my watchband.

Husband loves it. Fits perfectly on his Fitbit band.
