Stylish fun ebike from an AMAZING company!
I have been looking for years for a chopper style ebike. Who knew that it would only take two years and scrolling 15 pages in on Amazon to find it.The ebike arrived two days ahead of me schedule which was a nice surprise. This ebike is an eye catching mix of cool and fun that turns heads From the banana seat to the handlebar grip acceleration, the Joystar ebike offers a smooth ride and the closest thing to riding a chopper you'll find.It comes about 60% assembled as compared to the 85% advertised. It might be helpful if you know about bikes and an extra pair of hands to assemble it. Unfortunately, the manual that came with the ebike didn't have any information about it. Prior to riding it for the first time, we found some loose nuts and bolts on the tire and frame. We also put Flatout in the tires to protect them after we had an issue with the rear tire.Although the Joystar ebike comes with a lifetime warranty, I was concerned about dealing with issues for a new ebike with a company located in China. My worry soon disappeared. Joystar provided a calibur of customer care that you only dream about. From our initial communication to our most recent , all my emails were answered in minutes/hours not days. They worked hard to resolve issues, answer my questions and follow up to make sure I was satisfied. If you want quality bikes for the kids and the kind of customer care that only a company who believes in their products and their customers can provide, then run (don't walk) to Joystar.

I love this bike
I am 5'8 and I bought the 20" Joystar in oilslick, and I LOVE this bike! I have the seat as high as it can go so anyone taller would probably be too big to ride comfortably. I have had zero problems with it and I was surprised how fast it was for the size of the motor. I do use the pedals too sometimes just because I'm used to pedaling with bikes. I plan to reenforce the tires with better tubes/liners/and/or flatout. But Ive been riding it for 4 months on all kinds of rough roads and haven't had any flats or damage. Maybe its slower if you weight more, and try to go up steep hills, or don't ever pedal, but otherwise, even on the lowest setting this bike is pretty fast. Everywhere I go, people comment on it and LOVE it. Always turn the power off before you get off it or its easy to hit the throttle when parking it . The most fun bike Ive ever rode, since I had a dirtbike. Paid for the whole bike with IT card rewards. Highly recommend if your under5'8 and 150lbs.

Rides great
We purchased the bike because bike as I am only 5’2” and riding a 26 inch bike was tough for me because I couldn’t reach the pedals. So it has two adults riding on this bike. It’s great. The seat could be a little softer/cushiony.Otherwise, it’s a great ride.

Do not buy this bike
I bought this bike a little less than 2 years ago when it was priced at $900. The control has stopped working and I have messaged joystar numerous times to try and find the part so it can be fixed. They have been giving me a run around for a month now, and I even had one person tell me they don't sell individual parts. Why sell a $900 bike if you have no way of fixing it. I have money. I'm not asking to fix my bike for free. I just would not like all that money to go down the drain. I'm so disappointed and baffled by the fact that I feel like I'm being played. If I want my bike fixed now I need to pay someone $1000 to put in a complete new battery and control. Joystar shouldn't be selling bikes if they can't take care of them. This is the first review I have ever made. But I am sick of being jerked around and I hope knowone else has this happen to them. Thanks for nothing Joystar

Worth it
So a couple of things I love the bike but I think I may be a bit too tall for it. I’m 5’9 and I have the bars up and out as far as they can go and my knees still want to hit my wrists as I pedal so I feel it’s definitely a kids bike, that said I’m still going to get my moneys worth of it because of the pedal assist features. And as long as I’m giving out reviews I want to give a shout out to the Belkin anti glare screen protector and those run of the mill silicone iPhone cases because my phone fell out of my pocket on my first ride and by the time I found it it had clearly been ran over. I got the Covid red fundraiser silicone iPhone case and it had tire tracks on the back but with that and the screen protector there wasn’t a scratch on the phone so I want to also give those products a five star rating as well.
