Just ordered another as our original one sheared after 9 years outside in all weathers. Pretty good length of service I think!

This is a very robust product & does the job. However like many others I found on/off taps very stiff to the point had to get pliers to turn. Once I had done that & sprayed with WD40 they were fine - see how they winter.The thread on the tap fixing is quite long - the ones on my 3 outside taps are half the size. I could not tighten enough to seal but put two washers in (they supply 2 spare & 2 hose lock type quick connections which is a plus) which solved the problem

This 2-way tap replaced a more classy one - it does the job which is why 4 stars but is a bit .. raw is the only word I can think of and not as rounded and tactile as the original - but what the heck - its a tap - I must get a life ....

The product is fine but it arrived without the two hose connectors. I have emailed the company notifying them about the missing connectors.

Very well made. A solid piece of kit. Hozelock plastic connectors engage nicely.ONLY problem on mine is that the 'taps' are very stiff to turn. One can just be turned by hand but the other needs a tool, such as pliers.But for that problem, I would have given five stars throughout.

A nice robust tap. Very useful. However, after a few months of use one of the nozzles has a slow drip when closed and the other nozzle is being used. Not a major issue - still functional.

I bought this so that I could have an outside hose .i connected it up to the washing machine tap and ran one hoe to the washing machine and another to the hose outside via the kitchen window . No leaks so far which is good .Now i can wash my car and water the garden and the cat and certain neighbours who I dont like .They can retaliate as Im the only one with an outside water set up .Life is good

It took my husband a long time and a lot of effort to get the taps to work. I could not have done it, it would have ended up I the dustbin
