The reviews said it works and it does. I had a sweating or a leak from a pipe from AC which goes to drain pan. I put this on easily and so far no more water. I love it. I use a paperclip in places wrapping so that if have to take it off might be easier.

The stretchy tape proved helpful with a leaky pipe.

I'm satisfied with the whole process

Great to have around for multiple uses, have used for repairing garden hoses, sprinkler hoses, and plumbing - just repaired the connection on a replacement kitchen sink spray head - it leaked terribly, and faced with replacing the faucet altogether, less than a couple feet of this wrap patched it up, probably for the life of the faucet (not a high pressure connection). That said, I looked to see about buying more, and due to the cost/shipping, will be buying at a local DIY store again versus the current overpriced charge online.
