This product is AMAZING. I’ve tried several home waxing kits, and this is by far the best I’ve ever used. I used it on my legs and armpits, and it got almost all of my hair on a first pass, and I was able to pluck the hairs it didn’t pick up without any pain or difficulty. It even picks up the super thin baby hairs in addition to the darker, thicker hairs! My only complaint is that the roller gets a bit gummed up after a little while, but a quick pop in the microwave or running it under hot water fixes it right away. Mostly, I love that this product picks up almost 100% of my hair and extracts it on a single pull. I’ll be buying again, I’m a huge fan.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Heating it up was a breeze...I am excited to try it, put on the small roller tip...tried it and it was ok, you really have to squeeze it to get anything out of it....so I removed it and just squeezed a huge drop of wax, spread it with the stick...put on a strip, rub rub rub pull...nothing...pulled out nothing. Tried again, nothing...not a single dang hair....so it went into the trash like my money. Don't be me, don't waste your hard earned $$$.

After purchasing and using this product, I found that the design was simpler and easier to use than expected. After using it, there were almost no skin problems. The disappointing thing about these products is that it would be nice if I could purchase a skin soothing cream product together. According to the advertisement, this product appears to be a hair removal product for women. However, I think men can also use it because it removes hair cleanly. Overall, for hair removal, it would be a good idea to consider using this product as an option.

This kit comes with everything you need. As a first-time self waxer, it definitely took a couple trial and error to get a clean wax. At least it comes with two bottles. I like that I don't have to turn the stove on to heat it up

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but when I heat it in a bowl of boiled water, the wax is too hard to come out of the bottle, even when I use the squeeze application. It barely comes out, I just get a layer when I use any of the roller applications.I have to use one of my popsicle stick applicators.Speaking of my popsicle sticks, they came with a thick wax strip bundle I ordered for $3. ThiThose wax strips I bought separately seem to pull more hair and are less painful. But the wax strips that came with this product work good too.Maybe I need to heat this wax for a bit more than 5 minutes, but I can't use the applicator heads and only 75% of the hair seems to be pulled.I've never seen sugar wax that has to be pulled the oil opposite direction of hair. This wax is also a rough pull, I rarely feel pain fun waves even wax strips, but this wax pulls hard(it's not necessary painful but it's why you can only wax an area once).Maybe I can use these bottles and applicator heads for for another sugar wax I have, once I'm done when this wax(legs and pits used up on bottle). It would make heating that wax to and applying it easier

I was super excited to receive this product but was very disappointed that it didn’t work….at all. It did soften nicely under warm water and was very spreadable, but at most just slightly tacky (not sticky and definitely did not adhere to hair) and did not even try to do the job it was meant for. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t purchase again.
