I am not a big fan of taking too many supplements and this is a an easy way of getting your daily dose. Both patches stayed put all day long but I didn't shower during this time. Unfortunately when I went to my hot yoga class, the patches started moving around. If you are using it while you are at your desk for 8 hours long without doing anything else, they are good to go:)The patches didn't cause any irritation to my sensitive skin. Removal was also easy. The only thing I can't comment on the effectiveness as I didn't see any positive or negative effect during my trial of the patches. But again, this is a genius idea of getting your supplements instead of swallowing a pill.

These were super convenient to apply, but occassionally I would find one on the floor or in the bed. They stayed on more than they did not. Around the biotin patch, my skin would be irritated but I took that as my clue that my body did like or not need biotin rather than a problem with the patch as none of the other Veru Wellness patches I tried caused irritation like that. I really think it is a me thing vs. a product thing.I got these with the hope of improving my hair, skin, and nails but in a month's time I saw no significant improvement. So I do not know if these really work or not, but they were convenient to use and none of Veru Wellness' products caused any harm although my body just did not like the biotin patch. One of my brilliant friends has a saying, it works for some of the people some of the time which we could say about various products, not just these patches. Maybe it will work for you, maybe it won't so you will need to try them for your own experience. But I will conclude that I liked the convenience of the patch and not having to swallow a horse sized pill. I really do not enjoying swallowing pills.

The concept of these vitamin patches intrigued me. I like the idea of being able to simply apply the patch to my skin and receive a steady dose of vitamins over the course of the day. Sure, it would fit great into my lifestyle, considering my tendency to forget daily pills or gummies – but something all supplements have in common is the question of efficacy. While the ease of application is a huge bonus, the adhesive does work best on less hairy areas of the body, so keep that in mind. If the science behind vitamin absorption through the skin is indeed sound, then these patches could be an awesome innovation in how we approach daily nutrition. As far as my own experience, I did not experience any kind of irritation from these patches, so that in itself is another win.

I received the Veru Wellness daily essentials multivitamin and Omega3 self adhesive patches. The patches themselves seem to be good quality with an irritant free adhesive. The patches will stay on all day and come off pretty easily in the shower. I typically place them on my abdomen, under my shirt.It’s hard to tell if the patches contain the ingredients that they state. I have used them for a couple months with good results. They are definitely an easy way to take the ingredients compared to pill form. I will continue to use them to see if they provide the benefits that they state. I have also used the sleep patches with great results.
