Awesome product....Received Faulty piece
I purchased this alarm for mine and my friend's Harley 2016 Sportster Models. There are may suggestions available for the security system depending on your budget. It starts from the $800+ for a FIN system and extends to $20. After reviewing multiple comments, concerns and reviews I was finally convinced that this is the best system that fulfills my needs and is wayyy cheaper than other systems. What to expect: The most important question that anyone could ask is "What can we expect from this system" So let me explain this : The system promises many options with the alarm. You can connect your turn lights, brake lights and Ignition to this system. How?? there are no instructions. So if you are not too comfortable in handling you bike electrical circuits (like me), I would suggest use the basic logical connections. Connect the brain (main unit) to power and to mouthpiece (buzzer)..bamm you are all set. The main unit detects any shock and sounds the buzzer. Pretty basic right?? but thats what you get for $20 bucks. There is no email, sms, real time notification or any crazy stuff. Simply buzzer sounds if some one messes with your bike. The sensitivity is pretty good which I tasted making by all possible movements to steal the bike. None of the attempts were a success without sounding an alarm. The buzzer is loud enough to scare the sh*t out of the person. I tasted first system before installing and assumed the second one would work too. To my surprise the second one was a faulty piece. All my efforts of cutting, stripping and fixing were in vain as I realized the piece was faulty. So Advice .... Check the system before starting the installation. I have sent mine for replacement but still lost too much time and now my buddy has an alarm where as mine still don't have any. Installation is extremely simple and the product can be used off the shelf without any tweaks. I would recommend this to any one looking for a basic security system that works. Harley owners: There is not much space available under the seat for installation. I would suggest you try to gauge the arrangement even before you open the battery connections. I learn it hardway which made the installation pretty frustrating and time consuming apart from the fact that one unit was faulty. AMAZON did a great job in the delivery as usual...Customer care was helpful enough to understand my problem and allow me to send the system back.

Affordable yet LOUD and works well
I put this on my motorcycle. At first the vibration sensor didnt work very well so I moved it to underneath the tank attached to the bottom of it, and now the slightest tap sets it off. Its 125 decibels loud, and the first time it went off while I was installing It I just about jumped out of my skin it was so loud. This will definitely scare the heck out of anybody who tries to mess with it, as well as get the whole neighborhood's attention. That sounds off putting, but thats what you need in an alarm. It will make everybody nearby look at the robber, which will spook them and run off (if the alarm didnt already spook em). At the first disturbance it goes off for 3 minutes and then stops. That way if it was just a squirrel or something, your alarm wont be going off in the parking lot at work for all hours. If it's touched again, the alarm will go off endlessly until you turn it off with your remote. I like this because sometimes kids (or rude, entitled adults) think it's okay to sit on someone's parked motorcycle, or play with the throttle, shifter, brakes etc. Not only is this rude and annoying (you wouldn't do it to a car, why is it okay to do it to a bike?) but it is dangerous because the bike could tip over and get damaged or possibly fall on a child or person and seriously injured them. So now if a little creeten or cheese-eating teenager so much as lays a finger on my girl, they will probably pee their pants when the alarm starts blaring at 125 db and get the heck away from my bike. It has a spot to attach a back-up D battery so that it'll go off even if your battery is weak. It comes with two nice remotes. One black remote with lock unlock and automatic start that has a blank flip out key that you can have cut, the other is a cool little red and yellow one with lock unlock and engine start and has clear buttons that light up when you press them. The remotes have very good range, can use them from inside house if I forgot and it does a loud beep to tell you it's armed. I only use the alarm function, which was very easy to install, you just have to find a good place to stick the speaker and sensor, make sure the sensor is stuck to the metal/paint so that the vibrations will be easy to pick up. I put the speaker underneath my seat and it didnt affect the volume noticeably. You only use the black and red wires and connect them to the battery posts. I personally don't want to mess with the tail light flash or engine start functions, mostly because I don't think they're useful but also because I don't want to mess with the wires that start the engine and signal and headlights. If those were to fail it would be dangerous, so I dont recommend you use them unless you're very familiar with circuitry. Overall very happy with purchase.

Triumph Bonneville
My motorcycle was almost stolen last week. I thought it would be good to install an alarm. After looking at much more expensive alarms I rolled the dice on this little gem. I was a little hesitant due to the negative reviews of not being sensitive enough. I placed the unit directly under my seat. After installing I can tell you the highest (4 setting) sensitivity was actually too sensitive. I would barely touch the seat and it would go off. The negative is I can shake my bike side to side without the alarm going off, which is strange. But if I try to take off the seat screws, sit on it, tap the seat, start the engine or remove my license plate it goes off every time. Looks like any movement up and down sets it off but not laterally. Weird but for $20 it is what it is. The speaker says its 125bd and is small enough to also fit under my seat. It is LOUD! Even with my seat covering it. Instructions to install are non existent but if you have a little knowledge of how the electrical system works you will be fine (really basic knowledge). Small diagram on instructions tells you which wires are which. I only connected power (+and-) and two yellow wires for the turn signal lights. About half hour install time if you want it really clean but I probably could of hooked it all up in 5 min if I didn't care how it looked. Red and black remote is cheaply made but works pretty good. The second (black) remote has doesn't come with batteries but has a blank key to cut to your bike if you want and looks a little better put together. Overall, good product and you get a pretty good bang for the buck. If it craps out I'll update this review.

Great Alarm, Easy Install and Best Bang For Your Buck!!
I am definitely VERY satisfied with my purchase of the BlueFire Security Alarm Kit! It was alot easier to install than I originally thought. You got your box with the wires and you just have to run the red and black to your battery. There is a harness on both the box as well as the alarm that clip right in. You also have a plug for a 9V battery to use as a backup in case someone snips your battery wires. The box mounted PERFECTLY under the seat of my 2014 Gsxr 600 and the alarm fit perfect behind it.There are alot of extra wires on the harness if you choose to go overkill and wire them into your ignition system etc.. to get remote start and kill switch. I would NOT recommend doing all that because you could have a really bad day if your doing 90mph on the highway and you accidentally hit that kill switch on your remote. So i just ran the black and red, enough said! Easy breezy. The alarm is pretty loud as well and just bumping the bike will set it off, A really good buy for the price and does what it is supposed to do. The only thing i have bad to say is there is no instructions and the wiring diagram does not match the wire colors. Just remember your red and black thats all you need for JUST the alarm feature. There is also alot of how to install videos on youtube that i recommend you watch before installation.

Started out good, but not worth it
Overall a great buy and so far I'd buy another one if I needed it. I'm only using it for the alarm and will likely never use the remote start or hook to my lights. Pros and cons: PROS: - Easy install (just the alarm) - Pretty loud - Good remotes - Great bump sensitivity CONS: - Feels cheap ($20, so I cant really complain) - Instructions are TERRIBLE - Key ring clip is junk (mine broke after only a couple of days) I gave it a 4/5 because of the instructions. I've installed these kind of alarms before so it wasn't very difficult for me. Steps I took for just the alarm: 1. Decide where you want the sensor and alarm (put them in without the adhesive for now) 2. Remove all but the black and red wires from the pigtail (clip with wires that don't connect to anything) - you dont have to do this, just makes it so you dont have a bunch of spare wires floating around 3. Trim the pigtail wires if they're too long, or extend them if they're too short 4. Crimp ring terminals on both the black and red wires on the pigtail (they should be large enough to connect to the battery terminal screw blocks) 5. Attach adhesives if necessary 6. Clip the alarm and pigtail to the sensor 7. Attach the red and black wires from the pigtail to the battery (red to pos, black to neg) - **connect red/positive first** 8. Test your remotes UPDATE 4/18/2019: Lately the alarm had been going off randomly. Most of the time it goes off a few seconds after I arm it which is really annoying. It's also gone off a few times in the middle of the night without being touched. Probably going to scrap it and fork out the money for a reliable alarm. UPDATE 6/22/19: Constantly goes off once armed; I don't use it anymore.

UNSAFE
This alarm worked great... For about 3 weeks. After that it broke and wouldn't let me start my bike. Its incredibly unsafe to use, because when you arm the bike and try to start it, it kills the ignition. Normally that would be a good thing, if the bike was stationary and you weren't on it. The alarm CAN arm itself while you are riding and the ignition is ON. I've had my ignition killed 3 times by the button being accidentally pressed. I was extremely lucky to have had the clutch in when it happened, but if i didn't have the clutch pulled it i would have been launched off my bike and totaled my brand new bike. Would not recommend. I really wish i could return it it isn't worth anything soy advice is DO NOT BUY IT. Completely unsafe and dangerous!

Nice Alarm
Installed on a 2008 Suzuki Burgman 400. 1. I cannot rate the Remote Control / Remote Start, as I did not install that feature. The Burgman has a Kickstand Cut-off, so the Remote Start would be meaningless. 2. It was easy enough to install. In my case, it was installed in the battery compartment of the Burgman's glove box. The alarm horn was placed under the front fairing. The result is a very loud alarm. I used a direct wire to the bike as opposed to the 9v battery option. While it may drain the bike's battery if used for long periods, under normal use with a lot of regular riding, I have not found it to be a problem. 3. Sensitivity is good. Jiggle the bike, and it sounds like Inter-Pol is on their way. 4. There are 2 remote fobs. I used the Keyed fob. HOWEVER - the Burgman's key has a key-cover lock, so I was not going to do away with the Burgman's key. As a rule, I carried a Kubaton on my key-ring (the silver spike pictured). What I decided to do was file the Keyed Fob's key into a shiv - essentially it is a flip open shiv - so I no longer carry the Kubaton. Hey - it's an alarm system, we are talking about safety, right? 5. The buttons of the Keyed Fob are a bit overly sensitive. Often, if I am in range, I can activate or set off the alarm just by sitting down or moving when the keys are in my pocket. I would like the buttons to be a little more recessed. Just saying. It's a good motorcycle alarm for the price.

Amazing alarm!!
I was apprehensive at first purchasing a alarm for only $19.00, but this product is worth easily 3x the money. Packaging was adequate and there was no damage. The alarm it's self was smaller than expected, which is a good thing when you are working with limited space under a seat. The instructions are a little vague if you plan on using the remote start feature, but I just purely wanted a alarm. Install was painless, it took me about 30 mins from start to finish, I used solder and heat shrink in all connections to ensure proper function and durability. The alarm comes preset on level 3 out of 4 possible sensitivity settings. I did cycle through the settings and ended up leaving it on the default setting of 3. My install was performed on a 2004 Yamaha r-1 and atleast with my bike, this alarm fits under the drivers seat with no issues and functions perfectly. Some other reviews stated that the prompt was the same when you armed and/or disarmed the alarm. Meaning there was only one beep to signify the alarm was armed, and again only one beep to signify the alarm was disarmed, making it difficult to know if it was armed or not. I can say that the model I received must be a updated version because when I arm my alarm I get one beep, and when I disarm my alarm, I get 2 beeps. Flawless product and I will be recommending this to all my friends who own nice bikes and who are worried about parking and leaving their bike unattended. 5 starts without question.

Great customer service!
Initially worked well the first week but one remote quit working. Product arrived in short order and was simple to install. Company voluntarily shipped a new item to correct the problem. No further problem - works well. Great customer service!

Junk
Used to work for a while, then the sensor started going wonky and went off randomly without any movement on the bike. Then finally died after a year. You get what you pay for, not recommended.
