Never thought I'd have wear ear plugs for noise control, but I'm a light sleeper. I'm in the same boat as other females are in, when it comes to having a boyfriend/husband/partner who snores at night. And hey I'm sure there are some girls out there that snore and their male partner might need these. Let me tell you what a game changer this was for my sleep quality to go from poor to better than normal. Listen if you're a light sleeper these Loop Quiet 2 ear plugs are helpful and fit great and easy to remove. They are easy to clean and great quality. They have their own small outer case you can put them in the store and also take with you on the go or on vacation. They have different ear plug cover sizes that come with so you can find the right size for your ear. Remember you have to figure out how you want to put them in and adjust them to your comfort. They come in a variety of colors, I purchased the white and so far look amazing. This is for your ear so sanitize and clean to your preference. Sometimes you have to adjust them especially if your a side sleeper they can be a little uncomfortable at first but you figure out what works for you. I only wear them at night to fall asleep and I do take them out once my boyfriend stops snoring. They are great at blocking out noise but then again if your in area that is sand blasting or doing machinery you'll have to buy some and write a review.

Ordered two sets of these, one for my husband, one for me. They worked surprisingly well and I'd highly recommend them. My husband has cognitive impairment and excessive noise can agitate him. We have TripleA season baseball tickets and discovered that human beings have become loud talkers. The loud talking, especially in seats directly behind us, agitates him. TBH, it agitates me, too. Last night's game was well attended and very noisy so we each inserted these as the game began. They filtered out the buzz of the crowd noise, dulled the PA announcements and lowered the volume on the family behind us. We could still hear the PA announcements, the crack of the bat hitting the ball and the content (unfortunately) of the family discussions right behind us. The volume of those discussions was reduced significantly and we could hear enough of the stadium sounds that it was an overall more pleasant experience than previous, well attended Friday games. I highly recommend them if you need to reduce and not block sound.

These are excellent and very comfortable earplugs. I can even sleep with them in. I love everything about them and my only complaint is with the case. I just bought a new pair because the hanging loop on my last case broke and I lost my old ones, which were otherwise in great condition and would have lasted me for many more years.The case loop is made of a cheap stretchy rubber cord that feels pretty obviously disposable. Having learned my lesson, I immediately cut this off.The hole that the cord is threaded through bends in a very deep U-shape into the case, making it basically impossible to swap in a better cord. Undeterred and fueled by planned-obsolescence rage, I drilled two small holes in the top of the case and threaded a much stronger braided cord through those.It looks goofy and now the case hangs at a funny lopsided angle, but at least I have peace of mind now that I'll get to use these earplugs for their full lifespan.

I waited a month before making this review just to make sure I loved them, and these have totally changed my life and wanted to give my honest review.I have worn ear plugs to sleep for as long as I can remember. I get over stimulated very easily with sounds and the way ear plugs feel in my ears.I’ve always used foam ear plugs- ripping the foam out in certain areas so they fit more comfortably and customized in my ears canals. And still, I wake up with my ears throbbing or eventually rubbed raw because they were too tight.When I decided to look up ear plugs- I was not expecting to find something like these. I didn’t know reusable ear plugs even existed. AND these are customizable with the different sizes? I was sold immediately, but still nervous to try something new.I small size was too small for my ear canals, so I went with medium the first night I worse these. From the first night wearing these my sleeping has changed tremendously. The stress of trying to perfectly position ear plugs in my ears is forever gone. These truly fit like a glove and my ears have not ached ONCE. No annoying sound get through these (I.e fan ticking, drying running, dog licking, my husband snacking, etc.), I can’t even hear the lawn guys mowing outside my window anymore!!I was nervous that the ring would be an issue and I could feel it sitting in my ear, but that has not been an issue. It fits so perfectly I don’t even realize I am wearing them. They do not fall out and I don’t have to reposition them at all. Easy to clean and seem WAY more sanitary than the foam ear plugs.I will say, you should clean your ears before you use them, especially after a shower just so you don’t trap water in your ears.These would also work amazing for someone who gets overstimulated with loud sounds or sounds in general- I can wear these when working or focusing on tasks during the day and still hear the world but it isn’t so overwhelming.I absolutely recommend these. If you’re on the fence or nervous to switch things up and try something new, I promise you won’t be disappointed. They have truly changed my life for the better. Sleep is so important and now I sleep like a baby all night long. Whoever made these, I just want to give you a hug!! Thank you x1000!
