The sales description states these are vegetarian, halal, kosher, yet there is no such declaration on the tub.My concern with capsules is gelatine. Using my phone to magnify the writing on the tub to make it legible I saw the capsule is made of pullulan, not gelatine, a quick google search reveals this is a natural, vegan, odour and taste free inert substance that is not absorbed by the body. So it appears these capsules are vegetarian.They arrive in a tub with an internal foil seal and an external plastic seal over the child proof lid. The best before date is 31 Dec 26, approximately 2.5 years shelf life. They are approximately the size of a typical Lemsip type capsule, maybe a little fatter as they stick in the throat (although I take them without a drink).In terms of the vitamin/ mineral contents it’s a massive 20k% of B12 which as a vegetarian I always look for, only 400% D3 to help absorb calcium but crucially it’s coupled with K2 to help direct the calcium to the bones rather than calcify arteries, plus vitamin C, B6, iron, zinc and other extracts.All in all these is a good vegetarian capsule, the K2 being a key vitamin to be taken with D3 which many other supplements omit.

Navigating perimenopause has been a bit of a rollercoaster, and I've been trying different things to manage the symptoms. I recently started taking these liposomal multivitamins, and I'm feeling more balanced overall. My energy levels are better, my mood swings are less frequent, and I'm sleeping more soundly. I like that they're specifically formulated for women in perimenopause, and the liposomal delivery system seems to be effective.

These Liposomal Perimenopause Multivitamin Capsules are actual capsules as opposed to tablets. They are odourless and tasteless and wash down easily with water. They are quite small, you can see the picture I uploaded with the size comparison to a 5 pence piece. They come in a regularly shaped pill bottle that has a screw lid and once opened for the first time the bottle also had a protective seal on it, there is no child lock. The bottle is a good size and with the contents of 60 capsules, I feel the bottle represents pretty good value.I'm happy with them, so far so good. Of course it is early days and too early for me to speak of any health benefits but the capsules seem high quality and well made and I am happy to keep taking them for the foreseeable future. I haven't felt much in the first week or so of taking them, but importantly I haven't had any ill-effects either. I guess I will have to wait and see with my fingers crossed that the health benefits are real and manifest themselves. Given the relatively low cost of the bottle I may well look to order more in the long run.

These capsules contain everything I have been taking to help menopause symptoms all in one capsule rather than 3 or 4 different ones. The capsules are bigger than I would usually take but can be swallowed easily with a glass of water and have no taste. The shelf life was over 2 years, but they will be gone before that time. Good capsules that relieve the symptoms of menopause a little.

I really dislike leaving one star reviews. I have been taking this product as recommended, for just over a month now and cannot honestly say that I have noticed any difference or any of the health benefits promised. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave an unpleasant aftertaste, but that is all I can say about them. I have not noticed any difference to symptoms caused by the Perimenopause. Sorry to say I therefore cannot recommend this product.

No better or worse than similar products, and priced competitively as well. Tablet is a little on the big side for me but that's just a personal preference. No drop in results when I switched from my usual tablets to these.
