I’ve been struggling with neck pain for so long and tried everything I could including stretching before sleep or going to a chiropractor with no relief , even going to my doctor and being prescribed muscle relaxants and still having pain after waking up and pain most of the day. Knowing my pillow wasn’t the best so I started searching and reading reviews for an hour and then I found this review on Amazon for this pillow but I was skeptical because it didn’t look like anything that people were saying so I moved on only to come back to this pillow, and said well let me take a chance what do I have to loose . I can tell you this … it was definitely the best decision I’ve ever made!! My pain went from 100 to almost zero almost !! I recommended it to my brother and sister whom both were in the same situation as me and they both ordered pillows and they both absolutely love it 👍👍👍

I have pain in my neck and back, and this pillow makes it more comfortable for me to sleep.

I have some degenerating neck vertebra (which showed up in an MRI) and an old shoulder/scapula injury that makes it uncomfortable to sleep at times. A regular pillow just did not provide enough support. One of my therapists suggested folding a big bath towel and placing under my bed pillow to help cradle my head and add some neck support. It would work for awhile until I changed sleep positions at night and then the towel would slide, etc. and I would be back to the same old problems. While researching cervical pillows I came across this one. The pillow arrived next day service in a box. I just removed it from the box and allowed it to air out some. It does come with a removable pillow case but I placed a standard size pillow case over the pillow as well for extra protection. It has two sides you can pick to adjust the height of support under your neck and the middle of the pillow kind of cradles your head. It is firm support not like some squishy regular pillows. The pillow does help me retain a better sleep position too and keep my body aligned both on my back and when I roll over on my side. I found it to be helpful enough that my husband decided he wanted one of the pillows too. The day the delivery person brought my husband's pillow and handed it to me he said, "Oh, I have one of those too!" (he recognized the box the pillow came it)-and mentioned using it for neck problems too. So, that makes three of us making use of this Cervical Neck pillow.

I've repeatedly tried to find a replacement pillow for my old one that periodically causes neck pain. This was my latest attempt. The reviews made it seem like it'd be a good choice, but it wasn't. First off, it wasn't even properly sealed in the bag inside of the box when I took it out (that can't be very hygienic). Second off, my head and neck sank into it with little to no support. I was only able to lay on it for a moment or so to try and test it out before I gave up, switched back to my old pillow for now, and returned this one. If you don't want or need support for your head and neck, this might be the pillow for you. If you do want and need support for your head and neck, I suggest you keep looking.

This is the most comfortable pillow ever. My old pillows were, well, old. I saw a ad online for a pillow of a different shape. I didn't get one because it was very expensive. Instead I went on Amazon to try to find something similar. Find it I did, at about half the price. I was leary at first. It comes squashed in plastic wrapping and further squished in a box. I took it out of its ending stance and thought I would have to wait until the next day as it expanded back to life. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. I tried it out. My neck said thank you. I used it that night and had a wonder sleep. The pains in my neck and shoulders were gone. Not only that but my whole body was relaxed. I usually don't sleep on my back all night. But that night I did. Okay one of my cats sleeping on me helped. Folks you don't have to spend a fortune to get a good nights sleep. This pillow will do it for you.

I returned the item they refunded me . Then decided a couple months later send an email saying they didn't get it then recharged me without proof. Can not contact them...pillow didn't work as it claimed decided on a better pillow is why I sent it back.EditAdded two stars to my original review do to them refunding my money after seeing this review.
