Fantastic little hard drive , purchased 1tb , works perfectly on an X box series s , plug and play no hassle setting it up at all . Would recommend excellent price and very easy to install .

cant get it to work on both my computers
it works on my laptop but, desktop not recognise it so I cant get it to work , no help from manufactures!

It's easy to use
Item arrived on time. Product is easy to use. Managed to upload all of my photos and documents from my old PC. I haven't yet transferred the data to my new PC though

Damaged date cable. Does not work.
The cable that came with the Hardrive did not work. I kept getting an error code. When i googled the code it said that the cable might be damaged and unable to transfer data. The Drive itself seems to be working as i had another cable on hand.
