I got the king size frame to match a wooden carved headboard and it’s super sturdy and very well made. It took a bit to put together- lots of pieces! But once it was completed it holds my memory foam mattress very solid.

The wood is damaged and the screw doesn’t not go in all the way! The screws were in the wrong packaging with the wrong letters

I think the finished product will look good. The engineering, however, is challenging. IKEA does a much better job with this sort of thing. The bolt holes, screw holes are not in proper alignment and will not direct the hardware appropriately. If you buy this, I recommend hiring a carpenter.

I like the ease of assembly and the fact that I didn’t have to go out and buy any tools to put this frame together

The wood is fine on this project. I'm not sure what exactly leads to so much instability, but this bed frame will absolutely fall apart on you if you're likely to shake it at all. I doubt mine would last a week if I didn't have it up against two walls.

Unfortunately was missing the whole first set of screws as well as one of the bigger ones needed to secure the center of the base. Holes are misaligned and makes it very difficult to put together. I don’t think this frame is going to last long at all.

I put this together on my own. If you don’t have a power drill and you’re really set on this piece, definitely get one. I found it more difficult as time went on assembling the frame because the holes don’t line up so I had to make a few holes bigger. Don’t get me wrong it looks nice but it’s a pain.
