I have honestly bought these exact ones for myself 3 times over the last 3 years, and also packs for my mum, sister, dad, brother in law and even the dog and I’ve recommended them to most of my friends. Purchased for my granddaughter who trains 4 nights weekly. She has used these in the gym when temperatures outside have been 29 up to 35 degrees . They keep her cool while training a quick shake cools them down again.
