Good smoothie fills you!
First time trying this but I really like it, it blends up very nicely. And it does keep you full for hours! I'll get in other flavors now! Recommended!

Great for anytime you need some yummy nutrients
Tastes great w/oatmilk. I use a blip of vanilla (real, not that imitation crap).. & is delish. Keeps me full throughout the day. Then ready for dinner (for me it's not always about dieting/ losing weight, it's actually about getting nutrients and not eating string cheese or a handful of kisses, etc as the only thing for the day.

Need to add frozen fruit
So my hubs has been trying to watch what he eats for breakfast, I came across this for him to try. On initial tries he said it tasted chalky. I suggested freezing bananas & added. Problem solved. He said it is much creamier & no chalkiness. Is he losing any weight, not really but I guess it’s better then eating a. Fast food breakfast sandwich! Will buy again

Great taste, easy mixing
Great flavor, good for hunger and craving something sweet. Blended well with just a spoon into some cold milk. Decent size and good macros. Would buy again.
