Such a cool little Leatherman accessory!
This is such a cool little accessory for my Leatherman!I love my Leatherman. While it isn't the best tool for most situations (a dedicated tool is usually more effective) it's the most convenient tool which means it gets a lot of work. I do a lot of electrical and mechanical projects in my Jeep, and there are so many times when I would have had to dig for a tool, find it from another room/building, or would have had to extricate myself from under a vehicle for a tool but didn't have to because I had my Leatherman.I already own the nicer belt sheathe, the full bit driver set with extension, the works. Anything that makes my Leatherman work better or something that adds a new feature I will consider. When I saw this little thing I had to jump.It arrived in a plain little metal box. The logo isn't even on the box, but on the tape that holds it closed. No matter, it'll be repurposed, and there's no need for a nice box for this. It comes with just the tool, but it's padded in foam so it arrived in great condition. The ratchet is a standard 1/4, so any sockets that you have for your regular 1/4 will fit this. It slides into the larger screwdriver bit tool on the Leatherman and the fit is snug and strong. On the opposite side of the actual 1/4 driver there's a space that fits regular driver bits for a screwdriver, something I wasn't expecting but it awesome as this will replace my little side-angled screwdriver (and uses the same bits). The ratcheting feature seems solid, though more testing is needed to be sure on how well it will hold up. No matter what, this isn't meant for really heavy torqueing, but for lighter projects (just like everything else the Leatherman is intended).Overall this is a great little accessory for your Leatherman that gives an entirely new tool. For the price this is a no-brainer; if you love your Leatherman like I do then this is something you should have.I recommend!

Nice to Have
Build quality is surprisingly good - it's actually metal and not cheap plastic. Got it for my leatherman (fits no problem) as a "nice to have", but not a "must have". It doesn't accept the leatherman bits (the only thing I'm knocking it for) so you will need a separate set if you want this as part of an EDC kit. Should be good for light work around the house, but I wouldn't add extenders and adapters to try and take off lug nuts.

Really neat, and the ratchet teeth hold up to a decent amount of torque.
I didn't try to break the ratchet teeth, but they held up to more torque than I was comfortable applying with a leatherman skeletool. While kind of impractical to carry around in your pocket with the multitool of choice, if you really wanted to bring it with you, it does tuck nicely into your jean key/coin pocket and doesn't get in the way to much. The breakdown point of this tool is the lack of sockets. I have never carried around a set of sockets in any EDC bag. I could see how this would be useful in an EDC camping bag or an intentional working carry, like a small tool bag.The flatten 1/4" hex shaft fits perfectly into the standard flat opening on Leatherman branded tools and locks in also. The same shaft also fits any 1/4" hex receiver. I was pleased to find that this fits my Sog multitool driver slot. I'll probably just keep this around my apartment with a few dedicated sockets and 1/4" socket drivers (for household furniture, like the chair legs bolts and such).I don't anticipate the ratchet mechanism would hold up to prolonged medium usage but I don't plan on fixing my car with it anytime soon.

Super Cool Ratchet. Very Pleased
A great tool. More compact than my current stubby 1/4" drive ratchet, and more versatile too!In addition to the 1/4" square drive, it works with 1/4" hex drive bits. I found that it fits both the common hex bits as well as Japanese style (like Vessel, which have a different shank standard). This ratchet just grips the end, so both versions work just fine. The backdrag is very similar to my 1/4" drive Gearwrench ratchet, which has low backdrag. Most tests I've seen indicate the Gearwrench 90T ratchets have among the lowest backdrag, and this one feels fairly similar, which is good.I did not try to verify this, but it feels like it is an 80T or 90T ratchet, which is also good (it provides a low arc swing for working in tight spots).I'm not using this for any multitool such as Skeletool. I'm using it as an all-purpose stubby ratchet to use instead of my current stubby 1/4" ratchet which is too large. (See photos). This one is a great size. It's super compact. It feels comfortable to use it as-is. No handle needed. (If I need a handle, I'll use one of my longer ratchets instead.)I cannot say anything about durability yet.The metal case it comes in looks nice, but to open it you have to cut the wrapping. Unfortunately, when you cut & remove that wrapping, the logo is removed and a sticky residue is left behind. Therefore, the metal case no longer looks so nice. Removing the outer seal (usually for shipping only) should not leave the case looking nasty if you want your customers to get some use out of the case.
