Beautiful colors and quality
The balloons exceeded my expectations. Full color, opaque, and easy to work with. I used 260 balloons and rubber bands to construct my garland. It got lots of compliments. Solid brand.

Great wave colors but hard to construct
Clueless as to making it look like a wave. No instructions included or a picture. Great quality and color of balloons but it took a lot of time and effort to make it hardly resemble a wave. Disappointed.
