Da usare anche in famiglia e non solo per ospiti
Lo puntavo da tempo ed ho approfittato dello sconto prime days.Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro. Ne ho uno grande ed uno piccolo (questo è il piccolo) L'ho usato per tenere in caldo dei fritti (preparati con 3 ore di anticipo per una festa). Gli ospiti hanno detto che la temperatura di servizio era perfetta come quella della tavola calda.Quello piccolo lo uso anche in famiglia per tenere in caldo la cena fino al momento di mettersi a tavola, soprattutto perché spesso tocca preparare più cose per accontentare tutti. Fantastico.

Hotplate area only 1000 sqcm for BP-6283 but 1785 sqcm for BP-6285
The hotplate dimensions are not easy to understand unless one looks carefully at the manufacturer's website. BP-6283's hotplate measures only 42,7 x 23,4 cm = 1000 sqcm and so was smaller than I had thought. I am returning this one and buying the larger Tristar BP-6285 which I hope has a hotplate dimension of 52,5 x 34 cm = 1785 sqcm, 78% more area for only a small extra cost.
