Hi dont who i need to contact but i would like to raise a complaint as i bought this buggy in may this year and one of the strapps have snapped and by 1 year old fell out can u please point me in the right direction

Don’t recommend
This stroller is not light, it’s also difficult to push. I previously had a Quinny and an out n about and they are a dream compared to this. The plastic wheels mean you feel every bump, you have to lift it up and down off paths which I suspose is the downfall of plastic wheels. The handles are also very high and close together, it’s a workout. I will need to find a stroller with air tyres instead

broken after 3 months
had this pushchair just under 3 months and its broke already! not happy at all as i cant return this item

Fab Stroller
Great stroller just wish it had a footmuff with it.. No complaints here my son loves it so much hes always sleeping in it
