This is a pretty bright purple (luckily, it's dimmable)! It's easy to bend and shape but you will need a backing to screw the clips into. There's no provision for cutting and/or joining pieces. The end is capped and glued.I'm still working on the project but I'll try to upload a finished pic once it's done.

Easy to install. You can make the light as dim or bright as you want. Soft/Flexible - can pretty much make the design you want. Unfortunately there is a section that was not working and that’s why I gave it 4 stars but besides that, good purchase for the money.

Color is seen differently by everyone. I can't see these as purple, but they are a vibrant pink that my grandaughter has up in her room. Very bright when on, and a well-made strip that comes with a power supply. Have to watch out with these light strips. Many of them come without any kind of power adaptor and they just leave that part up to the buyer to figure out.

I brought these lights strips. I plug them in only half of them works and the other half die. So I return them for a refund.

My granddaughter loved these, especially the color. They were easy to install and seem of good quality.

What the camera shows and what my eye sees are 2 different things. Depending on brightness, the purple gets washed out, and the light segments (individual LEDs) are more defined and the individual color of each LED is so different to its neighbor. The color is ok, it is not neon to me or at least what I am used to from other brands.I make signs with these. I have to adjust my lengths on the sign based on the the length of the segments and I feel the 50mm cut points is way too long. I have used others that are more 20mm cut points, leaves me with more flexibility.They do supply and on/off dimmable dial which is a bonus. The material feels robust, and I think in most cases people will like these, but they are not diffused well enough for how I use them.If you are use them them behind a reveal or in a kids room, they are perfect. If you are looking at them directly, I would not suggest these.

This set of neon rope lights hits it out of the park. They are bright enough to light a room with a beautiful glow and also work great for desk lights or accent/design pieces.Tho the lights are bright, if placed correctly that isn't a problem at all.You can also trim these to length at the pre marked cut marks.Overall a great choice for accent lighting.

I recently received the ELOUYCKE LED Neon Rope Lights in purple and I'm quite happy with my purchase.
