I used this on my lower back, upper back and calf muscles and it was excellent. After a long day in my feet my calves were throbbing and ankles were sore,I set the control to a light kneading seeing and within 5 minutes relief!! I have also used this on my shoulders and neck. This is a good massager and at a good price too!!

The product takes a few uses to get used to. It is very firm and not what I was expecting!That said it is brilliant and eases my muscular pain. The heat button is an added bonus.I have had neck and shoulder pain and go to osteo for treatment. The salter certainly helps in between sessions.

Great price and quality. The massage really gets into your neck and once you get the nack with the handles and the right chair it does a good job. I have used it lower down my back and this was ok too

I would highly recommend this product.I got this because of neck and shoulder pain from using laptop and devices while working from home during covid 19. I have also used it on hip, lower back and upper legs which would be my usual problem areas.While this wont replace my amazing physical therapists it has kept me mobile and relatively pain free for 3 months and has been well worth the money.I laughed at the comfort score.....It is very relaxing on my non problem areas but where I have tightness it hurts like hell. You can adjust the settings down, and adjust the position with the help of straps which you can also pull on to get deeper into the problem area.

Extremely strong, deep shoulder/neck massager. Too rough for my taste.A peculiar design of holding the massager with hand straps that also double up as controls.The massager is far too cumbersome to be brought into the office and I'm sure my colleagues don't want to see my grimacing face if I did.Avoid.

Interesting design. It kinda works in that the affected areas it's used on feel better but I also don't know if this is better than stretching or a form of exercise like Pilates. It warms up in places that just felt weird and uncomfortable. The controls are easy to use. I'd say this is more for older people than younger with muscle aches from exercise, which is what I used it for.

It seems very powerful and it's great that you can alter the pressure you want by how much you push your arms through it. The slowest setting was very successful at popping the knots in my neck and shoulders. The most successful Christmas present this year!!
