Don't get the birthday cake flavor!!! 2. Most other flavors are good 3. Best overall tasting and texture low sugar protein bar options. I've tried most of the barebell flavors, cookies & caramel, cookies & cream, crispy cream, peanut butter, wild cherry, etc. The only ones that aren't great are the birthday cake ones. They have hard sprinkles mixed into the bars and are much harder in texture than any other flavor. Crispy cream and cookies and caramel are my favorites.
