Brilliant neck support. I’ve had a stiff neck for the past week and the hot gel worked wonders for me! Back to normal in 2 days! The gel packs are really good, few minutes in the microwave to get it warm or little while in the fridge to get it cold and it slot it into the brace and off you go! Easy is that! The brace itself is made from really good quality material as it’s soft and comfortable, the Velcro strap means you can adjust it from being really tight or little looser. The instruction manual is great and the tips for neck exercises is also brilliant! Fantastic product!

I’ve worn a lot of neck collars in my time. A number of years ago I had my C6 vertebrae removed and then had a fusion done using some bone from my hip. Prior to this surgery and for a good time after I required to wear a surgical collar. The operation was very successful. Recently I’ve had some nerve pain radiating to my shoulder which I’m told by the Physiotherapist is originating from my neck. She suggested wearing a collar, especially when sleeping, to give some support. The Neck Support Brace Pro has been excellent in providing comfort and support. I particularly like how neatly it fits which is much easier to wear than some of the collars I’ve used in the past. The facility to use heat or cold via the pack is an additional bonus. It is an inexpensive and very useful support that is certainly worth trying for those who suffer neck related pain.

Bought this product for my dad as he suffers neck pain. This product comes with a great booklet which thoroughly describes how to use the neck support. It also has different exercises and stretches which help with neck pain. Very well designed and is so simple to use. I personally have used the neck support and i love it! It really helps and the great thing about it is that you can use this for heat or cold application. The design is so simple yet so effective. I recommend this to anyone with neck pain or know of anyone suffering too. 10/10 for this product from me!!!

It's certainly good as a pack for pain relief, once the gel is in you can rest your chin on it on the front which provides support, you can turn it around and receive relief around at the back of the neck, the support then is reduced as I put my chin in the fastened velcro area to get some support, a chin strap accessory should be looked at to improve performance, generally good for dystonia and spasmodic tortocolis ( mild to moderate) .

Really like this neck support brace. It helps ease out pain from your neck after working at the computer all day long. The thing about this neck brace is that you can use it hot or cold depending on what you would like it to do. In the little booklet it also includes simple and effective ways to exercise your neck to help with flexibility and reduce pain. I bought the regular size as I have a small neck and it fits perfect. The gel pack can be frozen for cold use and also become warm for hot use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that has neck pain, especially those that work at a computer desk all day and also for active sports people to help relax the muscle pain.

These positive reviews must have been paid for by the manufacturer or something. Very suspicious that i'm the only critical review here.The neck support brace is just a thin, fragile peice of fabric, and does not offer any support whatsoever.This 'neck support' actually made my neck feel worse after just 10 minutes of use.I have tried other neck support products that were given low star ratings on amazon. Even those were all better than this 'sports laboratory' one. They at least supported my neck. This one doesn't even do that! This product does not provide any support to your neck whatsoever, at least that's without the hot/cold pack installed.As you would expect from a fragile peice of fabric, it just bends. Please, do yourself a favour and avoid this product, unless you are just looking to use the hot & cold pack.In summary: this item sadly does not offer any support to your neck, especially without the hot/cold pack installed, since it's made of extremely thin, & soft fabric, and has. I don't know what the manufacturers were thinking when they released this for £18. It's not worth the high price. Maybe if it was £7 or so, it would be an okay thing to have just for the hot/cold pack. But anything more than £10, no thank you, id rather go for a more premium product then.PROS:1) the hot & cold pack seems to work good, and seems to be of a decent quality. The cold side was cold out of the box. So if you are purchasing it for the hot & cold pack, that's pretty much all it's good for.Really this item should be advertised as a 'neck hot & cold pack' not a 'neck support'.CONS:1) does not support your neck at all without a hot/cold pack installed,2) does not support the front part of your neck whatsoever due to it's poor design,3) feels like it damages your posture after wearing it for more than 5 minutes.4) product is made of thin fabric, therefore useless for supporting the neck.5) useless for improving posture, despite being advertised as a 'neck support'.

Collor rolls up with the weight of the internal heat patch which is held in with two velcro strips which tend to be scratchy un the neck. This was particularly bad when moving around. I wouldn't dream of wearing in bed. Because it wrinkles up it doesn't give reasonable support even if you try it back to front. Back it goes to Amazon
