I found this product to be as advertised. I use three scoops, which I need to take with food. I started conservatively with one scoop for a couple of weeks and then upped it an additional scoop for every week after that. I stopped at three scoops in the morning, but with the larger amount going into the stomach, I needed to have food. I don't mix the product into anything, I just take a mouthful of water and a scoop full of powder.I found that the colostrum is effective. It helps with post-workout soreness, allowing me to continue to work out the next day. I definitely don't fatigue easily in the gym. I have not found it beneficial for hair growth or nail growth at this juncture. Maybe that will occur later down the road. I've only been on a colostrum supplement for a couple of months. The unflavored colostrum is pleasant tasting. I like that there is a larger scoop in this particular brand, so you're actually getting a larger serving of colostrum than you would with other brands. (So for every scoop of Cowboy colostrum, it's like taking two scoops of the other brand). I like the quality of this product. There are no additives or fillers.... Which is why it doesn't mix well....But just buy a frother and it'll all be good.

I was skeptical of this product, but when I saw someone I trust recommend it, I decided to give it a try. Well, the results have been phenomenal! So much hair growth and new hair! The hairline at my temples were receding, but now they are grown in! My immune system has been working at top tier as well. My family has been getting one thing after another but I have not come down with any of it till this month! It’s been over 9 months since I have been sick! I take it about every other day but increase it when there is sickness in the house. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this product. It was my first time trying bovine colostrum.Well, after day, two of using. I got oral thrush. I’ve never in my entire 48 years of living on this planet ever ever have had this before and the only thing I changed in my routine was this. A week later I’m still suffering with this issue. It’s been horrible. It’s very unfortunate because suddenly I was having the best number two of my life and my gut seem to be doing really well with it.Double edged sword for sure. Apparently I can’t use this stuff.Update: three weeks later I’m still fighting the oral thrush. My doctor said that this product did something to my gut to promote Candida growth. That doesn’t mean that it will do it to you. Unfortunately, this is just what happened to me.The seller has offered me a full refund. I wasn’t even expecting it didn’t even ask for it so I do appreciate that so thank you.

Using my second order of Cowboy Colostrum. Super product. I could tell after 2-3 days a shift in my body, exercise endurance, and mood. It's a moring "go to" with my protein shake. Highly recommend!

Haven’t been using this product long enough to notice any changes but the taste is good. However, I had trouble mixing it; it didn’t dissolve very easily. Much less expensive than other similar brands.

This vanilla colostrum is so good, the vanilla flavor is subtle and delicious. I add it to my half and half along with my collagen powder and use the hand mixer and it foams instantly and PERFECTLY!

I’m unsure of the benefits, I used this every day for 3 weeks, didnt notice any differences in hair skin or immunity (doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, I just didn’t experience any noticeable benefits) my problem is it does not mix well even in my frother. It says not to mix into hot liquid but that’s the only way it mixes in for me. Tastes great
