Erase It All Makeup Cleansing Balm with Hyaluronic Acid, Replumping Facial Cleanser and Makeup Remover, 4.2 Oz

This is one of my staples! I love how it melts the make up completely off, including waterproof mascara, can easily rinse with lukewarm water and no greasy film after rinsing off! Love love love it! Good price as it will last a month for me and I’m a daily make up wearer. A very mild scent almost unnoticeable, gentle on the skin, easy to remove! And I love the HA in it!

It melts away makeup and sunscreen effortlessly without stripping or irritating my skin, and it rinses off cleanly without leaving a greasy residue. The hyaluronic acid keeps my skin feeling hydrated and soft afterward instead of tight and dry. A little goes a long way, the texture is pleasant to work with, and it has quickly become a staple in my nightly routine.

This remover is the best! For context, I'm alt/goth and I wear really heavy eye makeup. I always struggle with Micellar and cotton pads because I can never quite get all the waterproof mascara off my eyelashes and I feel like I'm ripping them out, it takes WAY too long to remove my makeup, and/or I scratch the ever living crap out of my eyelids from scrubbing so hard. But this has genuinely saved my poor eyelids (and face). No longer will I go to bed at night mourning the loss of what was once the top layer of skin there. I use a small finger scoop of product, rub right onto my eyes for about 15 seconds, and it all starts coming off. I use a makeup remover cloth alongside this product just so I can get every last bit of makeup off. It melts off my waterproof mascara and even my full eyeshadow looks off with EASE. The only thing I would warn against is if you have acne prone skin like me, you might wanna wash your face after you use this just so you get all the oil off. Anyways, I would totally recommend this product. Never once has it let me down. I love it! :)

This cleansing balm works very well and it feels really nice. No weird reactions or anything. Very easy to use. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I detest how it smells. It’s bad enough that I keep checking to see if there’s a due date on the jar anywhere. It doesn’t smell rancid like old oil, nothing like rot, it’s a different smell but it’s not pleasant, at least not to me. Nothing appears to be compromised inside the jar. I know scent can be relative. Maybe everyone loves it and I’m the weird one (won’t be the first time), but it’s definitely not for me. The product itself is quite nice. It doesn’t take a whole lot but I like to be thorough. It spreads better than butter. It’s delightfully silky smooth. When you add water, it becomes milky. It rinses clean easily and leaves nothing behind. To be fair, I do tend to do a double cleanse and if anything is left behind, I see it when I apply my toner so I should try it alone but my skin looks good even before I do more. So - I’m torn. Feels lovely. Works well. Leaves skin clean and silky soft. Nice large quantity. Some natural oils in there with everything else. Smells like something you shouldn’t put on your face. No pleasant fragrance - just a weird one I can’t describe adequately. I wonder if their other formulation smells better. I may have to check that out. Would I purchase it again? I’m not sure. I would like to see if the yellow one smells better but if it weren’t exceptionally improved, I’d probably not buy again. I’m very scent oriented. Ridiculously so. Because of this, I’d say give it a try. Most people aren’t going to be quite as picky - they may not even smell it the same way I do. Not uncommon for me. So yeah, I’d say still give it a try. It’s nice feeling and works well in all the important ways.

Works beautifully! I've used Ponds for many years and decided to try something different. This one works great, has a great texture and leaves my skin nice and moist. Love it!

Are you tired of scrubbing your face for your makeup to come off? Then this is what you need. It legit melts it off. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this works great. I use it to remove make up, was it off with a wet washcloth or makeup remover and then do my normal face wash. It helps remove mascara and all other makeup effortlessly

When I received it, I truly thought I had a used product as the lid was scratched horribly, and I didn't realize it didn't come with a seal once uncapped. The balm was smooth on the inside, without the look of it being tampered with, so I went ahead and used it. On a normal work day, I use Tarte tubing mascara, a Nars bb tinted foundation, Nars concealer, a light dusting of setting powder, and Morphe eyeshadow. The directions are to take a pea sized amount and light massage into your skin for about thirty seconds. I used my nail to scoop up a little of the formula, and massaged it into my face including my eyes to remove the eye makeup, rinsed, and then patted my skin dry. It did leave my skin feeling a little oily, but I put that down as being hydrated compared to the Olay makeup remover dry wipes that foam that I have used for years. I used this three days in a row, and suddenly I developed an itchy area on my eyelid. I didn't think much of it, until it started to swell a little, and when you have hooded eyes already, it wasn't good. It didn't look horrible, but I developed contact dermatitis on my eyelid as well as a spot on my cheek. I discontinued the face wash, but ended up having to go see a doctor to get a cream as it's so close to my eye. In all, it did get all of that makeup off, which was great, as well as made my face feel a little oily/hydrated, which is also good for older skin (I'm in my forties), but I guess my skin is too sensitive to continue. Also, if I ordered this again, had it worked well for me, I would've gotten it in store as the appearance of it being shipped did put me off.

This has been a great find for me. I bought it to help remove my make up as I struggle to fully remove all of my eye makeup and foundation as well as lipstick. It is gentle but also great at really cleaning the skin and leaves your skin feeling so soft afterwards! It can be used as a mask. I also feel that I don’t have as many blackheads on my nose when I am consistently using this product!

I’m not sure if I received a defective product or what, but the texture is completely inconsistent, almost as if it’s separating. After applying it, all the makeup just ends up smeared on my hands, and it’s difficult to remove. Even after washing it off, it leaves an oily residue on my face.
