Bought this in September of 2025 and despite wearing makeup on a daily basis, this container isn't even halfway down. A little goes a long way, and it's even better if you pair it with a makeup removing cloth. I love this product so much and it saves me so much money and reduces waste from buying makeup wipes. My skin feels amazing using it, and there's no irritation whatsoever, and that's coming from having pretty sensitive skin.

Amazing! removes all of your makeup without stripping your skin, I like to use microfiber towels to remove this cleansing balm 🥰 it even removes mascara without burning your eyes or anything, highly recommend!

Wow! I’m so glad I decided to try it. It melts off the makeup and your face is left feeling soft afterwards. I really like it. It took my mascara off with no issue and left no makeup residue. Definitely gonna be a staple in my makeup routine!

This cleansing balm works very well and it feels really nice. No weird reactions or anything. Very easy to use. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I detest how it smells. It’s bad enough that I keep checking to see if there’s a due date on the jar anywhere. It doesn’t smell rancid like old oil, nothing like rot, it’s a different smell but it’s not pleasant, at least not to me. Nothing appears to be compromised inside the jar. I know scent can be relative. Maybe everyone loves it and I’m the weird one (won’t be the first time), but it’s definitely not for me. The product itself is quite nice. It doesn’t take a whole lot but I like to be thorough. It spreads better than butter. It’s delightfully silky smooth. When you add water, it becomes milky. It rinses clean easily and leaves nothing behind. To be fair, I do tend to do a double cleanse and if anything is left behind, I see it when I apply my toner so I should try it alone but my skin looks good even before I do more. So - I’m torn. Feels lovely. Works well. Leaves skin clean and silky soft. Nice large quantity. Some natural oils in there with everything else. Smells like something you shouldn’t put on your face. No pleasant fragrance - just a weird one I can’t describe adequately. I wonder if their other formulation smells better. I may have to check that out. Would I purchase it again? I’m not sure. I would like to see if the yellow one smells better but if it weren’t exceptionally improved, I’d probably not buy again. I’m very scent oriented. Ridiculously so. Because of this, I’d say give it a try. Most people aren’t going to be quite as picky - they may not even smell it the same way I do. Not uncommon for me. So yeah, I’d say still give it a try. It’s nice feeling and works well in all the important ways.

Works very well. Takes off all the makeup and leaves you're skin soft and clean .but it has a smell that I'm not very fond of.

Leaves a greasy residue behind compared to other balms I’ve tried. Doesn’t emulsify off as well. I have no irritation though and the price point is okay. Smell is fine, pores aren’t clogged or disturbed by it.

I love this makeup remover. I use it every night. It's not messy and removes the makeup, especially eye makeup, really well. It's not greasy or harsh which I really appreciate. And, it seems to be lasting for a long time.

I love how this feels going on my skin and how easily it removes my makeup. I also love how it can be used as a mask or a regular face cleaner. My skin is so soft and bouncy after using this.

I’m not sure if I received a defective product or what, but the texture is completely inconsistent, almost as if it’s separating. After applying it, all the makeup just ends up smeared on my hands, and it’s difficult to remove. Even after washing it off, it leaves an oily residue on my face.
